Movement
Pairing your nutrition with movement just got easier. Make use of these exercises, complete with short instructional videos, sets, repetitions, and descriptions.
- 3 workouts a week at 25 minutes or less with no gym equipment required
- Each workout will include 3-5 exercises

How to access: |
Once a customer logs on to the Plexus website, they will be able to access Plexus Pivotal. The content and site are mobile friendly and will be accessible on a mobile device. We suggest participants bookmark the link for easy access! |

Participants are advised to personally track their progress and goals as they go through the program. |
How you can connect with other people who are doing Plexus Pivotal: |
There will be a US Facebook group for those participating in Plexus Pivotal to connect, share their success and have a sense of community. The link for the Facebook group can be found here. |
Will participants be able to cast the videos and content to their TV? |
Casting is dependent on the capabilities of the TV/device being used, not the way the program is built. |

Each 12-week program will have 48 individual recipes (4 per week), with 12 total grocery lists, one for each week of the program. |

Are the recipes complicated? |
The recipes are designed with a busy lifestyle in mind, so they are beginner friendly with quick and easy prep. |
Dietary Restrictions |
Will there be different meal options available for those with dietary restrictions? |
You will not be able to select a specific type of meal plan, however options to customize meals due to those with dietary restrictions or other preferences will be available. Some of these include Plant Based, Gluten Free, Kid Friendly, Low Carb, and others, depending on the recipe! |
Movements |
What can I expect from the Movements? |
There will be a total of 3 movements per week that include 3-5 different exercises, all designed to be 25 minutes or less. Each one has an instructional video, a description of the exercise and the number of sets and reps recommended. |
Medical |
Do I need to check with my doctor before starting the exercise program? |
It is always recommended to check with a physician before starting a new diet or workout regimen, and there will be disclaimers on all workout videos. |
Equipment |
I do not have any gym equipment at home, can I still do the movements without this or a membership? |
Yes, the movements were designed for anyone to be able to do in their home without the need to purchase extra equipment. |
Modifications |
If I can't do the exercise as demonstrated, will there be modifications shown? |
Yes! We understand that everyone is at a different level and may have different needs so there will be modifications provided. |
