|There is a Facebook group for those participating in Plexus Pivotal to connect, access workouts, share their success and have a sense of community. The link for the Facebook group will be available on the Pivotal Dashboard, as well as in all of the emails for the program, some featuring a Call to Action to join the group.

|Casting is dependent on the capabilities of the TV/device being used, not the way the program is built.

|Yes, you will receive emails with reminders and information throughout your Plexus Pivotal Journey.
|I am not receiving my emails, where can I find them?
|Verify the email on file is correct, if you are still not seeing the emails, double check your spam or junk folder as they may have been filtered out there.
|Can participants opt in/out of emails?
Yes, participants can unsubscribe from the Plexus Pivotal emails. However, if they opt out and decide they want to continue to receive them, the email journey cannot recognize how far into their program they are, and they would receive the emails starting over from Day 1.
Opting out of the Plexus Pivotal emails will not opt participants out of other emails they receive from Plexus.
|Will we be able to resend emails if necessary?
|Contact Plexus Customer Service, and they will be able to resend an email if needed.
|Will the emails being sent out with the link to the Facebook group be able to go to anyone who is not registered if they forward it to friends and family?
|Yes, we cannot control whether the email can be forwarded, so people not registered for Pivotal would have access to the Facebook group join link. However, we will be monitoring the requests and since it is a private group, we will not approve those who are not registered for the program.
|After 12 Weeks
|Once a participant has completed their 12-week program, do they need to re-register if they want to keep going?
|Participants will need to re-register for the program at the end of each 12-week program they choose to continue. If they choose not to start a new program, no action is required.

|Once I have finished my 12-week program, how long do I have to wait before I can sign up again?
|Participants can start a new program the day after their previous program is completed. For example, the program runs for 12-weeks, they would be able to register for a new program on the following day.
|Do participants need to re-register within a certain timeframe?
|No. Registration is always open, so once they finish a 12-week program they can start a new one at any time or take a break if they choose.
|Can I share the videos provided?
|No, the videos are not made to be shareable as this content is meant to be accessible to those who have registered for the program.
|Pause & Restart
|If a participant stops doing the program in the middle and opts out of emails, but down the road (still within their 12 weeks) decides they would like to start again, can they?
|They would not ‘restart’ the program. We want participants to understand this program is designed to be lifestyle content to help them in their daily lives. If they stop for a week or two but want to still do the program, they would not ‘start over’. We would get the participant placed back into the email journey where they would have left off and keep going from there. They would still have access to the time they essentially ‘missed’, so they can still access that and keep going. Once their 12 weeks are over, they can still sign up for the next program.
|If a participant unsubscribes to the email journey by accident, can this be fixed?
|Contact Plexus Customer Service. [KT3] We are currently working to find out if there is a more automated way of doing this, versus the process being so manual.
|If a participant hits the ‘unsubscribe’ button, are they automatically unsubscribed, or is there a pop up to confirm a reason for unsubscribing?
|They are unsubscribed immediately and not asked to confirm or for a reason they are choosing to opt out of the emails.
Pivotal Program Content
These are frequently asked questions about the content in Plexus Pivotal.
|How often are new recipes and movements updated?
|New recipes, grocery lists and movements will be available once a week. New content will be available to participants every 7 days, per the individual’s Pivotal registration date. (I.e., if they registered on a Tuesday, they should receive emails every Tuesday during the program.)
|What content is included with the Nutrition?
|Each 12-week program will have 48 individual recipes (4 per week), with 12 total grocery lists, one for each week of the program.
|Are the recipes complicated?
|The recipes are designed with a busy lifestyle in mind, so they are beginner friendly with quick and easy prep.
|Will there be different meal options available for those with dietary restrictions?
|You will not be able to select a specific type of meal plan, however options to customize meals due to those with dietary restrictions or other preferences will be available. Some of these include Plant Based, Gluten Free, Kid Friendly, Low Carb, and others depending on the recipe!
|What can I expect from the Movements?
|There will be a total of 3 movements per week that include 3-5 different exercises, all designed to be 25 minutes or less. Each one has an instructional video, a description of the exercise and the number of sets and reps recommended.
|Do I need to check with my doctor before starting the exercise program?
|It is always recommended to check with a physician before starting a new diet or workout regimen, and there will be disclaimers on all workout videos.
|I do not have any gym equipment at home, can I still do the movements without this or a membership?
|Yes, the movements were designed for anyone to be able to do in their home without the need to purchase extra equipment.
|If I can't do the exercise as demonstrated, will there be modifications shown?
|Yes! We understand that everyone is at a different level and may have different needs so there will be modifications provided.
|If I like a recipe or movement, can I access content from previous weeks?
|Yes, your home page will show your current Pivotal week and the week prior. Older weeks can be found in the Digital Library in the Pivotal folder.
|I liked the recipes or movements from a previous 12-week program, can I access those?
|Yes, if you have participated in Pivotal more than once you will be able to access content from your most recently completed 12-week program. This content will expire when you finish the current 12-week program. If there is a specific recipe you enjoy as you’re going through the program, you can download or screenshot the recipe to save for later use!
Pivotal Perk Credit Rewards

|What are Pivotal Perk Credit Rewards?
|An incentive to all VIP and Brand Ambassadors who register and participate in Plexus Pivotal. Once registered, the participant is eligible to earn up to 500 Pivotal Perk Credit Rewards. These can be earned in two ways.
|How can I earn Pivotal Perk Credit Rewards?
|How many perk credits can I earn?
|Per 12- week program you are eligible to earn up to 500 credits once every 12- week program, in addition to perk credits earned on every qualifying subscription order.
|Does the 135PV have to be placed in one order?
|No, for example you could have a subscription set at 100PV, and place a discretionary order for 35PV, and this will meet the 135PV for the month to earn the 100 Perk Credits.
|When are Pivotal Perk Credit Rewards uploaded?
|The Pivotal Perk Credit rewards will be issued within 24-48 hours after the order that qualified them for the credits is placed. They have the potential to receive 100 Pivotal Perk Credit Rewards when they meet or exceed the 135PV threshold in weeks 1-4, 5-8 and/or 9-12 of their program.
|Can I track how much PV I have for Pivotal Perk Credit Rewards?

|How often is the PV tracker updated?
|The PV tracker is updated in real-time to reflect your purchases on your own personal account. This does not include PV from your organization.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PLEXUS PIVOTAL PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. NOTE THAT SECTION 4 CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER, WHICH, IF APPLICABLE TO YOU, AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE PLEXUS PIVOTAL PROGRAM.
In the event of any conflict between the Plexus Canada Terms and Conditions and these Canada Terms, the Plexus Canada Terms and Conditions apply first and then are followed by these Canada Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Plexus reserves the right to change, modify, and/or eliminate the Pivotal Program and/or all or any portion of these Terms or any policy pertaining to the Pivotal Program Canada at any time and in its sole discretion, including the right to discontinue or change the content provided under the Pivotal Program, merge the Pivotal Program with another program or change the content of the Plexus Pivotal Canada Completion Rewards. If we make changes, we will post the amended Terms and update the “Effective Date” above. We may also attempt to notify you in other ways. Unless we say otherwise, the amended Terms will be effective immediately and your continued participation in the Pivotal Program Canada after the amended terms are posted will confirm your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended Pivotal Canada Terms, you must stop participating in the Plexus Pivotal Program Canada.
1. Program and Reward Description
Plexus Pivotal Canada will deliver nutrition, movement and motivational content designed to support your Plexus product regimen. To participate in the Plexus Pivotal Program Canada, you must register. If you register for the Pivotal Program Canada, Plexus will send you a weekly Pivotal Canada email with a link that will connect to you to new content for a period of 12 weeks, starting from your applicable registration date (a “Program Period”). To continue receiving Pivotal Program Canada emails after the close of a Program Period, Canada VIP Customers and Canada Brand Ambassadors may re-register for the Pivotal Canada Program at the end of their applicable 12-week Program Period to start a new Program Period.
Plexus Pivotal Canada Completion Rewards: VIP and Brand Ambassadors registered for the Pivotal Program Canada are eligible to earn up to 500 Perk Credits in the Pivotal Program Canada during their Program Period (the “Plexus Pivotal Canada Completion Rewards”). Earn 200 Perk Credits when you process three (3) consecutive subscriptions of 135 PV or more during your Program Canada Period OR meet the 400 PV minimum during your Program Canada Period. Additional 100 Perk Credits can be earned every month (up to 300 Perk Credits total) during your Program Canada Period in which you process one (1) subscription of 135 PV or more OR you spend 135PV within the same month. Personal subscriptions and personal discretionary purchases during your Program Canada Period count toward the 400 PV minimum. Sales from your organization cannot be used to meet the 400 PV requirement for this Pivotal Program Canada.
Plexus encourages and welcomes your social media posts to show your participation in the Pivotal Program Canada (a “Post”). You must ensure all Posts are publicly available to be shared. All Posts (i) must be unique and the original and sole creation of the submitting participant, and all right, title and interest including, but not limited to, the copyright in any Post, must be owned solely by You; (ii) must not have been submitted in any other program, (iii) must not have been previously published; (iv) must not infringe upon any third party's rights, including but not limited to, copyright, patent or trademark, or rights of privacy or publicity, or contain material that is or may be considered defamatory, slanderous or libelous, or portray or depict any person, product or entity in a false light; (v) must not violate any law, rule or regulation or any social media platform terms; (vi) must not contain any virus, bugs, or other deleterious material; and (vii) must not contain inappropriate content, for example but not limited to, profanity, defamatory statements, words or symbols widely considered offensive to individuals of any certain race, ethnicity, religious, sexual orientation or socioeconomic groups, threats to any person, place, business, or group. Each participant warrants and represents that their Post(s) complies with all those conditions. Any Posts that are considered non-compliant will be removed (or requested to be removed) at the sole discretion of Plexus (and, if such a request for removal is made by Plexus to You, You agree to remove the applicable Post within the timeline specified by Plexus). By sharing your social media Posts, you are agreeing to let Plexus repost and/or share your Post. This means that you grant Plexus an unlimited license to use your name, likeness, voice, written content and/or any other materials within your Post, in any future Plexus publication, advertisement, or promotion and that you will not be entitled to any remuneration of any kind for the future use of your name, likeness, voice, or written materials.
For Canadian participants: without limiting any of the foregoing, by participating in the Pivotal Program Canada and publishing a Post: (i) you hereby grant to Plexus, in perpetuity, a worldwide, non-exclusive, license to publish, display, reproduce, modify, edit, make available, communicate to the public by telecommunication and otherwise use the Post (and each component thereof), in whole or in part, for advertising or promoting the Pivotal Program Canada or for any other reason in any type of media; (ii) waive all moral rights in and to your Post (and each component thereof) in favour of Plexus (and anyone authorized by Plexus to use your Post); and (iii) agree to release and hold harmless Plexus from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from use of your Post (or any component thereof), including, without limitation, any claim based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trade-mark infringement or any other intellectual property related or other cause of action whatsoever.
The Pivotal Program Canada is open only to verified Canada VIP and Canada Brand Ambassadors that have agreed to the Canada VIP and/or Canada Brand Ambassador Agreement, are in good standing and are currently residing in Canada. Current Plexus employees and contractors, and immediate family members of current Plexus employees and contractors, are not eligible to participate in the Pivotal Program Canada.
3. Joining the Pivotal Program
There are no membership fees associated with the Pivotal Program Canada. To sign up for the Pivotal Program Canada, you must be a verified Canada VIP Customer or Canada Brand Ambassador, be in good standing and agree to these Canada Program Terms.
For purposes of this Pivotal Program Canada, good standing shall mean Canada VIP Customers and Canada Brand Ambassadors who have agreed to the Canada Plexus® Terms and Conditions, who are not in violation of the Company’s Agreements and Policies and Procedures, who have their Plexus account in an active status, and are current with all renewal and subscription fees.
4. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises relating to any relationship, contractual or otherwise, between or among Plexus, its officers, employees, members, partners, Brand Ambassadors, or vendors or arising out of any products sold by Plexus, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any such dispute in an amicable and mutually satisfactory manner. If such efforts are unsuccessful for any reason, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, either party may serve a notice of arbitration ("Notice of Arbitration") on the other party as set out below.
For Participants Residing in Canada:
a. THIS SECTION DOES NOT APPLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC.
b. These Program Terms shall be governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without giving effect to their principles of conflicts of law.
c. Except where prohibited by applicable law, by participating in the Pivotal Program Canada , you waive any claims that may arise under the laws of other states, provinces, countries, territories, or jurisdictions.
d. Except where prohibited by applicable law, by participating in the Pivotal Program, You agree that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Pivotal Program shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class or representative action and exclusively by arbitration, as set out in this section below; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and rewards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred; and (iii) under no circumstances will you be permitted to seek recovery for, and you hereby waive any and all rights to claim or seek recovery of punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and waive any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
e. Except where prohibited by applicable law, by participating in the Pivotal Program, You agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Pivotal Program shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration.
f. Arbitration shall be commenced and conducted before the Canadian Arbitration Association, pursuant to the general Canadian Arbitration Association Rules for Arbitration. The place of arbitration shall be Toronto, Ontario. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitration shall proceed in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Act (Ontario). Any party may serve a Notice of Arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. The decision arrived at by the arbitrator shall be final and binding and no appeal shall lie therefrom. Judgement upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, any revision, modification, amendment to, or termination of the Dispute Resolution contained in these Program Terms shall not apply to a dispute of which Plexus has actual notice of prior to the effective date of such revision, modification, amendment or termination. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the effective date of any such revision, modification, amendment or termination shall be 30 days after the revision, modification, amendment or termination is posted on the Company website at www.plexusworldwide.com.
Without notice to you, Plexus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or your participation in the Pivotal Program Canada if Plexus determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Program Canada Terms Canada, you have more than one account, or that the use of your account or your participation in the Pivotal Program Canada is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unlawful. Plexus may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine accounts that appear to be duplicative. If your participation in the Pivotal Program Canada is terminated, you will not be provided with the Plexus Pivotal Canada Completion Reward. The use of the term “include,” “includes,” or “including” in these Program Terms is illustrative and not limiting. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Plexus may change, modify and/or eliminate the Pivotal Program Canada and/or all or any portion of these Program Terms Canada or any policy pertaining to the Pivotal Program Canada at any time and in its sole discretion.
