How will a Brand Ambassador know if they have earned the 250 CAD cash prize for this incentive?

A congratulatory email will be sent to those who qualify on a weekly basis, starting the week of January 9, 2023, and each following week.

What do I do if I lost the email about the Boot Barn cash prize?

How will I receive the 250 CAD cash prize?

Your 250 CAD cash payment will be processed in the following week’s commissions and  deposited into your account.  

If you have earned a pair of boots on these last 2 days of January, this will be confirmed in the Earners Report pulled the week of February 6th, and a Congrats email will be sent sometime the same week. Another Earners Report will also be pulled after commissions closes to ensure that all earners have been accounted for, and they will be notified.

Eligibility 

If a Brand Ambassador signs up a new qualifying VIP Customer with an initial 131.55 CAD order or a welcome pack, or advances a new level 1 Silver or above outside of the incentive period, are they still eligible to earn the 250 CAD cash prize for a pair of boots?

No. If a Brand Ambassador signs up a new qualifying VIP Customer with an initial 131.55 CAD order or a welcome pack or advances a new level 1 Silver or above prior to January 1, 2023, 12am US ET or after January 31, 2023, 11:59pm US ET, they will not qualify for this incentive.

Eligibility 

Will Brand Ambassador upgrades be eligible to earn in this incentive?

If someone upgrades to a Brand Ambassador during the month of January, they will be eligible to earn the Plexus prize.

Eligibility

If someone signs up as a Retail Customer, then upgrades to a VIP Customer, will it count towards this incentive?

Yes it would count in the following 2 scenarios:
1. If the Retail Customer places an order of over 131.55 CAD in January, then upgrades to a VIP Customer by signing up for a VIP Membership in the same month.

2. If a Retail Customer upgrades to a VIP Customer by purchasing a VIP Membership at the same time as a welcome pack or a 131.55 order.
However, if they place an order as a Retail Customer in December, then upgrade to a VIP Customer by signing up with only a VIP Membership in January, this will not count towards the January Plexus Prize incentive unless they also place a qualifying order this month in January.

Eligibility 

Can any of the newly advanced Silvers or above or new VIP Customers from the Ambassador’s Level 2 count toward this incentive?

No. All new sign ups or new Silver or above advancements need to be personally sponsored on the Brand Ambassador’s level 1.

Rank Advancement

If I have a rank advancement of a Silver or above, does it need to be one of my new sign ups from this month?

No. As long as it is a new level 1 advancement, it doesn’t matter when the person signed up. 

Ex: If John signed up in March of 2018 and always maintained VIP status and converts to a Brand Ambassador and rank advances to Silver during January, he would qualify as a new rank advancement.

Combining Accounts

Am I able to combine my main and re-entry account or spouse account new sign ups on both accounts combined to earn the 250 CAD cash prize for a pair of boots?

No, you are unable to combine sign ups and/or advancements from multiple accounts to qualify to earn the 250 CAD cash prize  for a pair of boots. You can earn a maximum of 2 250 CAD cash prizes per account.

Ex: If Sam has a main Diamond Account and signs up 2 new VIPs and then signs up 1 new VIP under her Gold re-entry, Sam will not qualify for the 250 CAD cash prize, as sign ups cannot be combined to earn.

Earning on 2 Accounts

Can I earn more than one 250 CAD cash prize for a pair of boots if I have 2 different accounts?

Yes, you can earn the cash prize on both accounts. You can earn a maximum of two 250 CAD   cash prizes per account.

Ex: If Jen has a main Diamond Account and signs up 3 new VIP Customers in January and also signs up 3 new VIP Customers on her Ruby Re-entry account, Jen will also earn a 250 CAD cash prize on her re-entry account, totaling two 250 CAD cash prizes  between both accounts.

Re-Entry Account Eligibility 

Will re-entry accounts be eligible to earn a 250 CAD cash prize  for a pair of boots during the January Plexus Prize incentive?

Yes, re-entry accounts will be eligible to participate in this incentive.

Compression

Does compression apply for the January Plexus Prize incentive?

No, compression does not apply to rank advancements or sign ups.

Qualifying Order Placed Later

If a person signed up prior to the start of this incentive, but did not place an order for a welcome pack or an order with PV until January, would the person still count towards earning the 250 CAD cash prize for a pair of boots?

As long as the person places a qualifying welcome pack order or an initial 131.55 CAD purchase in January, they will count towards earning the 250 CAD cash prize  for a pair of boots.

Ex: If Kelly signed up on December 30, 2022 but did not place a welcome pack order or a 131.55 CAD initial purchase until January 2023, she would still count as a sign up for the 250 CAD cash prize.

Sign Ups in Different Country

If a US Brand Ambassador signs up someone in Mexico, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, would that person count towards earning the 250 CAD cash prize for the boots?

As long as the person places a qualifying welcome pack order or an initial 131.55 CAD purchase in January, they will count towards earning the 250 CAD cash prize for a pair of boots.

Ex: If Kelly signed up on December 30, 2022 but did not place a welcome pack order or a 131.55 CAD initial purchase until January 2023, she would still count as a sign up for the 250 CAD cash prize.

Sign Ups Prior to being a Brand Ambassador

If I became a VIP Customer in January and signed up people under me, then upgraded to a Brand Ambassador later in the month, would those people I signed up as a VIP Customer qualify towards earning the 250 CAD cash prize  for the boots?

Any enrollments you make as a VIP Customer or a Brand Ambassador during the calendar month would count towards earning the cash prize as long as you upgrade to a Brand Ambassador during the month of January.

Combining Orders

Can 2 orders be combined to equal the 131.55 CAD minimum purchase requirement?

No, combining 2 orders to equal 131.55 CAD will not be permitted for this incentive.

Enrollment and Rank Advancement

Can someone enroll and rank advance to qualify in both areas in the same month for this incentive?

Yes, this person would count as both an enrollment and rank advancement.

Example: If Stacey signed up 3 VIP Customers in January and one of them also rank advanced to Silver in the same month, that person would count as both an enrollment and rank advancement for Stacey.

Plexus Leads

Does the Plexus Leads Program count toward this incentive?

No, the Plexus Leads Program will not count for this incentive.

Commission Qualified 

Am I still eligible for the January Plexus Prize incentive if I am not commissions qualified and don’t place an order of 131.55 CAD this month?

No, Brand Ambassadors are not eligible for this incentive if they are not commissions qualified and do not place an order of 131.55 CAD in January.
