• Hotel check-in: 4:00 pm (the hotel will do its best to accommodate early arrivals based on hotel availability at the time of check-in)
• All qualifiers should arrive at the Hyatt Regency Maui no later than 6:00 p.m., as the Emerald Extravaganza Welcome Reception begins at 7:00 p.m.

Departures: Thursday September 19, 2024

• Hotel check-out: 11:00 am (late check-out requests must be discussed with the hotel directly on the day of departure)
• The last program event, the Emerald Extravaganza Luau, will take place on the night of Wednesday, September 18, 2024.

To confirm your attendance, please complete your registration by August 2, 2024.

Please note that your hotel reservation for the program nights will not be secured until your registration has been completed and your confirmed flight itinerary has been uploaded. For anyone qualifying in July, your registration deadline will be extended to August 16, 2024.

• Qualifiers are responsible for booking their flights through an airline or booking agent of their choice.
• Emerald Extravaganza qualifiers will receive a reimbursement allowance of up to $1,100 USD per ticket towards a round-trip ticket for the qualifier and one (1) guest. (Total reimbursement amount is up to $2,200.00 USD). Any additional fees or tickets above the allotted amount will be at the qualifier's expense.
• Qualifiers will not be reimbursed the cash value of any reward points/frequent flyer miles used.
• A reimbursable round-trip ticket is defined as one (1) round-trip ticket from the qualifier's home city airport to Maui, HI (OGG) airport for the qualifier and one (1) guest.

• To be eligible for air travel reimbursement, each qualifier is responsible for uploading their receipts for airfare as specified through the Emerald Extravaganza 2024 registration website. Your receipt submission must be the invoice from the airline that clearly shows your record locator number and a breakdown of what you paid.
• Please note that all itemized receipts submitted must be in a PDF format or a clear scanned copy of the itemized receipt (i.e. no screenshots or photos of receipts will be accepted). *To convert a confirmation email to a PDF, this may require you to select "PRINT" and then change your print destination to "SAVE AS PDF" depending on your email account.
• Qualifiers will not be reimbursed the cash value of any reward points/frequent flyer miles, or airline vouchers used to book air travel.
• Please allow 14 to 21 business days from the submission date to receive air travel reimbursements.
• Air travel reimbursements will be added to the qualifier’s account as an adjustment. This amount will be reflected in your Virtual Office as “Other Income”.

• All registered qualifiers that attend Emerald Extravaganza 2024, will receive a $500 USD Transportation Allowance, to use during the program, towards a rental car or other ground transportation option of their choice.
• Rental car receipts do not need to be submitted for reimbursement.
• Qualifiers must attend the program to receive the transportation allowance (this allowance is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash value if unable to attend).
• The transportation allowance will be paid out on or before Friday, September 6, 2024. This amount will be reflected in your Virtual Office as “Other Income”.

• Plexus Worldwide will not be held responsible for any change fees associated with name changes, inclement weather, airline cancellations, or travel changes.

• For Emerald Extravaganza, Plexus Worldwide will be covering your standard room and tax (only) along with the resort fee for five (5) nights at the Hyatt Regency Maui.
• Program dates are check-in on September 14, 2024, and check-out on September 19, 2024. *Please note that hotel room reservations for the program dates will be arranged for all qualifiers after your completed event registration has been received (including your confirmed flight itinerary).
• Hotel room bed type preference may be requested during registration, but please note this is not guaranteed and is based on hotel availability upon check-in.
• We understand that a lot of flights out of Maui depart very late at night. Since Plexus only covers your stay during program dates, and check-out time is 11:00 am on the 19th, you may want to consider booking one post-night so that you may keep your room for the majority of the day on the day of your departure.

• Please contact the Plexus Worldwide Events Team via email at events@plexusworldwide.com if you would like to reserve additional hotel room night(s) outside of the included program dates. *Include your full name, ambassador ID, preferred check-in and check-out date details along with your bed type preference. Please also provide the number of adults and the number of children plus the children's ages that will be in your room. After your request is received by the Events Team, we will provide more information and instructions on booking your pre/post nights.
• Requests for additional hotel room night(s) for pre/post the event will be processed based on the availability of the hotel at the time of submission. Pre/post nights are 3 nights before the event and 3 nights after.
• All qualifiers will be responsible for payment of additional hotel room night(s) outside of the program dates (Program dates are check-in: September 14, 2024, and check-out: September 19, 2024).
• The current discounted room rate at Hyatt Regency Maui is $439.00/night ++ (plus taxes, resort fees, and all other hotel-specific fees in effect at the time of the event and is based on availability and subject to change).
• If you book an upgraded room pre/post the event program dates, you will need to move to the room you qualified for during the program dates.

• Parking fees are not covered by Plexus (these fees are at the expense of the qualifier).
• Parking rates at the Hyatt Regency Maui are $25.00 per day inclusive for self-parking and $40.00 per day inclusive for valet parking. All charges will be posted to your room folio upon checkout. Rates are subject to change.

• Two reusable keepsake water bottles, per room per stay, upon arrival
• 24-hour access to oceanfront Stay Fit Gym
• In-room coffee and tea
