Leaders Retreat will take place from November 2, 2023, to November 6, 2023, on a luxurious cruise ship sailing to the Caribbean. |

Types of Credits and Ways to Earn Them

Enrollment Credits
Every new Level 1 VIP Customer you sign up between April 22, 2023 – August 31, 2023, with a welcome pack or an initial $100 USD order before discount, tax, and shipping will earn you 15 Enrollment Credits. In addition, every new Level 2 VIP Customer who signs up during this same timeframe with a welcome pack or an initial $100 USD order before discount, tax, and shipping will earn you 5 Enrollment Credits.

Retention Credits
Starting May 1, 2023, you will earn 15 Retention Credits for every second or subsequent monthly subscription or discretionary order from each new Level 1 VIP Customer you sign up on or after March 1, 2023. You will also earn 5 Retention Credits for every second or subsequent monthly subscription or discretionary order from each new Level 2 VIP Customer you sign up on or after March 1, 2023. The qualifying discretionary or subscription monthly orders must be single orders of $100 USD or more before discount, tax, and shipping.

Rank up Credits
You will earn Rank Up Credits when you and your Level 1 Brand Ambassadors who have enrolled at any point in the history of Plexus advance beyond their “benchmark rank”, which is their highest paid rank, between January 1, 2023, and April 30, 2023. Each person can only earn Rank Up Credits by ranking up to any given rank once during the contest. You cannot rank up to the same rank twice in the contest. Please see the credit amounts that you and your Level 1 Brand Ambassadors can potentially earn in the table below.

Consistency Credits
You will earn Consistency Credits based on your “benchmark rank” for your paid rank (highest paid rank between January 1, 2023 and April 30, 2023) and in months that you do not rank up. You can earn either Consistency Credits or Rank Up Credits, not both in the same month.

To be qualified for Leaders Retreat prizes, Brand Ambassadors must:
- Sign up a minimum of 3 new qualifying Level 1 VIP Customers with a welcome pack or initial $100 USD order during the contest period.
- Be commission qualified during the months in which they accrue credits
- Have a valid passport to travel to the Caribbean. Passport must not expire within 6 months of cruise dates. Six months from cruise dates is May 6, 2024.

General | Will Brand Ambassador upgrades be eligible to earn credits in this contest? | If someone upgrades to a Brand Ambassador sometime between May 1, 2023, and August 31, 2023, signs up a minimum of 3 new VIP Customers with a welcome pack or initial $100 USD order during the contest period and is commission qualified, they will be eligible to earn credits during the Leaders Retreat Contest within the months they are a commission qualified Brand Ambassador. However, new Brand Ambassadors in this situation do not need to have the 3 new VIP Customers to begin accruing credits but will need to complete these requirements before the end of the contest on August 31, 2023. |

At the conclusion of the Leaders Retreat Contest, cabin upgrade levels will be assigned based on the date on which they earned the 2,500 credits and total number of credits they have earned. The top 10 overall credit earners will receive a Celebrity Suite upgrade with Veranda, and the top 10 receive a Celebrity Suite upgrade with Veranda, and the top 11-40 will receive a Sky Suite upgrade with Veranda. |

Brand Ambassadors must be commission qualified during the months in which they accrue credits. They must also sign up a minimum of 3 new VIP Customers with a welcome pack or initial $100 USD order before discounts, tax, and shipping during the contest period. They also must have a valid passport.
No adjustments will be made for sign ups outside of the contest dates. Brand Ambassadors with reentry or spouse accounts will have the option of combining sign ups from their original accounts with either one of these accounts to meet the personal qualification requirement of 3 new VIP Customer sign ups to participate in this contest. Only Jewel Brand Ambassadors can nominate 1 linked household account to achieve this personal signup requirement to participate. However, the account must be linked by the end of the contest. If they would like to link their accounts and are an Emerald Brand Ambassador or above, they must contact the Jewel line for assistance with the process. To earn prize tiers on both accounts, they must have a total of 6 new VIP Customers between the 2 accounts.Upgrades from Retail Customer to VIP Customer will count towards the Brand Ambassador earning Enrollment Credits for the contest if the VIP Customer places a qualifying welcome pack or initial order of $100 USD before discount, tax, and shipping between April 22, 2023 -August 31, 2023.
All returns, refunds and declined eCheck payments will count against the Brand Ambassador qualifying for this contest. All credit card payments for Brand Ambassadors and VIP Customers must be in their own name and not that of the sponsor or upline. Random audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide and can be conducted at any time. No exceptions will be made for the purchases outside the promotion period.
