To confirm your attendance, please complete your registration by August 2, 2024. For anyone qualifying in July, your registration deadline will be extended to August 16, 2024.

If you have completed your event registration and you are no longer able to attend, please notify the Events Team via email events@plexusworldwide.com. Please note, the cancellation deadline is August 2, 2024.

Diamond Destination qualifiers will stay at the Hyatt Regency Maui for the Emerald Extravaganza September 14 - 19, 2024. You will then move to the Fairmont Kea Lani for Diamond Destination September 19 - 22, 2024.
Please note, that hotel room reservations for the program dates will be arranged for all qualifiers after your completed event registration has been received (including your confirmed flight itinerary).
Courtesy note: We understand that a lot of flights out of Maui depart very late at night. Since Plexus only covers your stay during program dates, and check-out time is 11:00 am on the 22nd, you may want to consider booking one post-night so that you may keep your room for the majority of the day on the day of your departure.

• Requests for additional hotel room night(s) will be processed based on the availability of the hotel at the time of submission.
• All qualifiers will be responsible for payment of additional hotel room night(s) outside of the program dates (September 14, 2024, & check-out: September 22, 2024).
• The hotel may require a room deposit by credit card at the time of booking to secure your reservation for additional night(s).

At this time, we are only able to offer one (1) room per qualifier over the program dates. If you would like to be put on a waitlist for an additional room please email the Events Team at events@plexusworldwide.com.

• Please note, that parking fees are not covered by Plexus (these fees are at the expense of the qualifier).
• Parking rates at the Hyatt Regency Maui are $25.00 per day inclusive for self-parking and $40.00 per day inclusive for valet parking. All charges will be posted to your room folio upon checkout. Rates are subject to change.
• Overnight valet parking at the Fairmont Kea Lani is available for $40.00 per car, per night. Overnight self-parking is included in the daily resort fee. Rates are subject to change.

The event registration will provide you the opportunity to communicate special requirements (i.e. dietary restrictions, ASL- American Sign Language, and/or ADA requests).

The dress code is resort casual. The average temperature for Maui in September can range from mid to upper 80s °F in the daytime and dip into the mid-70s °F for nighttime temperatures. Be sure to check the weather before departure!

Can I bring a guest to Diamond Destination & Emerald Extravaganza?

Ambassadors who qualify for any Plexus Worldwide incentive trip are allowed to bring one (1) guest.

Any guest name changes will need to be submitted by Friday, August 2, 2024.

Two (2) Plexus branded name badges will be provided at event registration for the qualifier and one (1) guest (both must be worn throughout the program for entrance into the events).

Children can travel and stay with you; however, they will not be allowed into Emerald Extravaganza events unless they are registered as your one (1) guest or you have purchased an additional ticket for them to attend the Welcome Party and Closing Party. If you have purchased additional tickets for them to attend the Welcome Reception and Closing Party, their wristbands must be worn throughout the EE event. (Available for purchase at the end of registering online).

If I cannot attend, will I still receive the swag/gift items and/or the cash value of the trip?

Qualifiers must be registered, present, and checked in at the event to receive any gift items handed out during this program. If you cannot attend, you will not be sent swag/gift items and there will not be any cash payout.

How much is my reimbursement allowance for air travel?

• Qualifiers are responsible for booking their flights through an airline or booking agent of their choice.
• Diamond Destination qualifiers will receive a reimbursement allowance of up to $2,250 per ticket towards a round-trip ticket for the qualifier and one (1) guest. Any additional fees or tickets above the allotted amount will be at the qualifier's expense.
• Qualifiers will not be reimbursed the cash value of any reward points/frequent flyer miles used.
• A reimbursable round-trip ticket is defined as one (1) round-trip ticket from the qualifier's home city airport to Maui, HI (OGG) airport for the qualifier and one (1) guest.
  

Where do I submit my air travel for reimbursement and how long does it take to be reimbursed?

To be eligible for air travel reimbursement, each qualifier is responsible for uploading their receipts for airfare as specified through the Diamond Destination 2024 registration website. Your receipt submission must be the invoice from the airline that clearly shows your record locator number and a breakdown of what you paid.

• Please note, that all itemized receipts submitted must be in a PDF format or a clear scanned copy of the itemized receipt (i.e. no screenshots or photos of receipts will be accepted). *To convert a confirmation email to a PDF, this may require you to select "PRINT" and then change your print destination to "SAVE AS PDF" depending on your email account.
• Qualifiers will not be reimbursed the cash value of any reward points/frequent flyer miles, or airline vouchers used to book air travel.
• Please allow 14 to 21 business days from the submission date to receive air travel reimbursements.
• Air travel reimbursements will be added to the qualifier’s account as an adjustment. This amount will be reflected in your Virtual Office as “Other Income”.

What is the Transportation Allowance and when will I receive it?

• All registered qualifiers that attend Diamond Destination 2024, will receive a $500 USD Transportation Allowance, to use during the Diamond Destination and Emerald Extravaganza programs; to be used towards a rental car or other ground transportation option of their choice.
• Rental car receipts do not need to be submitted for reimbursement.
• Qualifiers must attend the program to receive the transportation allowance (this allowance is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash value if unable to attend).
• The transportation allowance will be paid out on or before Friday, September 6, 2024. This amount will be reflected in the qualifier's Virtual Office as “Other Income”.
• Transportation allowance funds should be used for all your transportation needs during the program, such as a rental car, or taxi/ride-share transportation to/from the airport, as well as transportation from the Hyatt to the Fairmont.
