Arrival and Departure

The recommended arrival and departure dates for the Convention:

Arrival:	It is recommended that participants intending to qualify for the Icon Party or attend Gold School arrive on or before June 16, 2025.
Departure:	We encourage attendees to depart on June 20th, 2025, so they don’t miss the final event on the night of June 19, 2025.
You are responsible for booking and paying for your airfare, hotel accommodations, and transportation. Plexus does not cover or provide any of these things.

Modify your Registration

How to Modify Your Registration:

3.	Once logged in, go to the Convention event on your dashboard and make the modifications, then confirm your changes.

 

 

Cancellation Refund Policy

If you purchased the Convention + Super Saturday ticket bundle for $99.00, you may cancel your registration; however, there are no refunds or ticket transfers, no exceptions. If you need to cancel your Convention + Super Saturday bundle ticket, please email events@plexusworldwide.com.

If you purchased your ticket in 2025 for $125.00, you can cancel your ticket with a 50% refund, up until May 15, 2025. After this date, no refunds will be processed, with no exceptions.

• If you purchased the Convention + Super Saturday Early Bird Special for $99, there are no refunds.
• If you purchased your Convention 2025 ticket during the 48-hour Super Saturday flash sale on January 11th and 12th, 2025, and paid $99, you can receive a 50% refund ($49.50) as long as you cancel by May 15th, 2025.
• If you purchased your Convention 2025 ticket for $125, you can receive a 50% refund ($62.50) if you cancel by May 15, 2025.

Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process.

All cancellations after May 15, 2025, will not receive a refund, with no exceptions. Additionally, there are no transfers of tickets allowed for our events.

Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your airfare and hotel reservations.

Guest	Can I bring a guest to Convention?	Yes, you can bring a guest, but they must register and pay the registration fee. Your guest can register using the Convention 2025 registration link:  https://plexus.getregistered.net/2025-worldwide-convention
Children	Can children attend Convention?	Because seating is limited, and this is an educational training conference for your business, we ask that attendees not bring children. Please note that anyone attending any of the Convention events must be registered. Registration fees are the same for all; however, children 5 and under are free. For nursing mothers: We will have a Mother’s Room, with a TV streaming our General Sessions.
No Ticket Transfer	I’m no longer attending Convention may I transfer my ticket to someone?	There will be no transfers of tickets allowed for this event. If you can't attend, please refer to the cancellation policy.
Weather	What is the weather like, in Dallas in June?	In June, Dallas, Texas typically experiences hot and humid weather. Average high temperatures range from the upper 80s to mid-90s Fahrenheit (around 31-35 degrees Celsius), with occasional days reaching even higher temperatures. Additionally, humidity levels can be quite high, making it feel even hotter. It's advisable to dress in light, breathable clothing and stay hydrated when attending events in Dallas during June.
Casual Attire	What should I wear to Convention?	We recommend business casual attire for the conference. Conference ballrooms tend to be chilly so please bring a blazer or a sweater. More details on any special event attire will be made available closer to the event date.
Swag Bag	If I register for Convention, but then do not attend, can my registration bag be mailed to me?	No, we are not able to mail any registration bags or other Convention items.
Convention Contest Prizes	Do I need to be registered for the Convention to collect my Convention Contest prizes?	Yes.
