Will Brand Ambassador upgrades be eligible to earn in this incentive? | If a VIP Customer upgrades to a Brand Ambassador during the month of March, they are eligible to earn the Prize*. |
If someone signs up as a Retail Customer, then upgrades to a VIP Customer, will it count toward this incentive? |
Yes, this would count in the following 2 scenarios:
However, if they place an order as a Retail Customer in February, then upgrade to a VIP Customer by signing up with only a VIP Membership in March, this will not count towards this incentive unless they also place a qualifying order in March. |
Can any of the new VIP Customers from the Brand Ambassador’s Level 2 count toward this incentive? | No. All new VIP Customer sign-ups need to be personally sponsored on the Brand Ambassador’s Level 1. |
If I have 2 different accounts, can I earn a Prize* on each account? | Yes, you can earn a Prize* on each account as long as the qualifications are met. Ex: Lily has a main Diamond Account and signs up 6 new VIP Customers each with a 100 PV or more initial order on this account and signs up 6 new VIP Customers each with a 100 PV or more initial order on her Ruby reentry account during March. Therefore, she will earn Prize* on each account for a total of 2 Prize*. |
Will reentry accounts be eligible to earn a Prize* for this incentive? | Yes, qualifying reentry accounts will be eligible to participate in this incentive. |
Does compression apply to this incentive? | No, compression does not apply. |
If a person signed up as a VIP Customer prior to the start of this incentive, but placed their initial order with PV in March, would they still count towards earning a Prize*? | As long as the person places a qualifying initial 100 PV+ purchase in March, they will count towards earning a Prize*. Ex: If Marshall signed up on December 30, 2024 but did not place an initial 100 PV+ order until March 2025, he would still count as an enrollment for the Prize*. |
If a US Brand Ambassador signs up someone in Mexico, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, would that person count towards earning the Prize*? | Yes, as long as the person living in any of these countries places an initial order of at least 100 PV. |

If a Brand Ambassador enrolls someone as a new Level 1 VIP Customer with an initial order of 100 PV or more AND develops them into a Level 1 Silver in March, would both actions qualify toward earning the Prize*? | Yes, this person would count as both a new Level 1 VIP Customer enrollment and a new Level 1 Silver Brand Ambassador. Ex: If Robin signs up 3 new qualifying Level 1 VIP Customers with an initial order of 100 PV or more in March and one of them also becomes a new Level 1 Silver Brand Ambassador in the same month, that person would count as a new Level 1 VIP Customer enrollment and a new Level 1 Silver for Robin. |
Does someone have to become a brand-new Level 1 Silver Brand Ambassador to count for this incentive, or would a Level 1 Silver Brand Ambassador re-rank also qualify? | Only a brand-new Level 1 Silver Brand Ambassador would count toward this incentive. A Brand Ambassador who re-ranks to Silver would not qualify. |
Can 2 orders be combined to equal the 100 PV+ minimum purchase requirement? | No, combining 2 orders to equal 100 PV+ will not be permitted for this incentive. |

No exceptions will be made for signups outside the incentive dates.
Rules and Regulations
Brand Ambassadors must be commission qualified and place an order of 100 PV or more during the month of March.
No adjustments will be made for sign-ups outside of the incentive dates. Reentry accounts will also be eligible for this Incentive, but sign-ups on the reentry account will not count towards the qualification of the main account. Reentry accounts must qualify for the incentive on their own. Upgrades from Retail Customer to VIP Customer will count towards sign-ups for the incentive.
All returns, refunds and declined eCheck payments will count against the Brand Ambassador qualifying for this offer. All credit card payments for Brand Ambassadors and VIP Customers must be in their own name and not that of the sponsor or upline. Random audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide and can be conducted at any time. No exceptions will be made for the purchases outside the incentive period.
