Yes, this would count in the following 2 scenarios:
However, if they place an order as a Retail Customer in March, then upgrade to a VIP Customer by signing up with only a VIP Membership in April, this will not count towards this incentive unless they also place a qualifying order in April. |
| Can any of the new VIP Customers from the Brand Ambassador’s Level 2 count toward this incentive? | No. All new VIP Customer sign-ups need to be personally sponsored on the Brand Ambassador’s Level 1. |
| If I have 2 different accounts, can I earn the Prizes* on each account? |
Yes, you can earn the Prizes* on each account as long as the qualifications are met. Ex: Sophia has a main Diamond Account and signs up 6 new VIP Customers on this account and signs up 6 new VIP Customers on her Ruby reentry account during April. Therefore, she will earn the Prizes* on each account. |
| Will reentry accounts be eligible to earn the Prizes* for this incentive? | Yes, qualifying reentry accounts will be eligible to participate in this incentive. |
| Does compression apply to this incentive? | No, compression does not apply. |
| If a person signed up as a VIP Customer prior to the start of this incentive, but placed their initial order with PV in April, would they still count towards earning the Prizes*? | As long as the person places a qualifying initial 100 PV+ purchase in April, they will count towards earning the Prizes*. Ex: If Dorothy signed up on December 30, 2024 but did not place an initial 100 PV+ order until April 2025, she would still count as an enrollment for the Prizes*. |

Ex: If Rose signs up 3 new qualifying Level 1 VIP Customers in April and one of them also becomes a new Level 1 Silver Brand Ambassador in the same month, that person would count as a new Level 1 VIP Customer enrollment and a new Level 1 Silver for Rose. |

| How do I redeem the Prize(s)* I earned? | When you receive your congratulatory email, you will receive a unique link in the body of the email. This will redirect you to the vendor’s redemption portal where you will select your jacket and input your shipping details. |
| Is there a deadline by which I must claim the Prize*? |
Yes, you will have until May 31, 2025, to redeem your Prize(s). However, redeem by April 20, 2025, for the best chance to receive your prizes prior to Convention 2025. Redemption after this date will likely arrive after Convention. *If you have a PO Box, please have prizes shipped to a physical address. |

No exceptions will be made for signups outside the incentive dates.
Rules and Regulations
Brand Ambassadors must be commission-qualified and place an order of 100 PV or more during the month of April.
No adjustments will be made for sign-ups outside of the incentive dates. Reentry accounts will also be eligible for this Incentive, but sign-ups on the reentry account will not count towards the qualification of the main account. Reentry accounts must qualify for the incentive on their own. Upgrades from Retail Customer to VIP Customer will count towards sign-ups for the incentive.
All returns, refunds and declined eCheck payments will count against the Brand Ambassador qualifying for this offer. All credit card payments for Brand Ambassadors and VIP Customers must be in their own name and not that of the sponsor or upline. Random audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide and can be conducted at any time. No exceptions will be made for the purchases outside the incentive period.
