Here are some common causes for "Access Denied" or "Error code 16":
- User is in a foreign country.
- Known solutions:
- Occasionally, the WAF (Web Application Firewall) will block traffic because it has miscategorized your attempt to access the site as non-secure. Sometimes this issue can be resolved by refreshing the blocked page a couple times.
- Updating your web browser to the most current version may be helpful.
- Change web browsers. Our development team prefers the browsers Chrome and Safari.
- Known solutions:
- User is attempting to login too many times with invalid credentials.
- Known solution:
- The WAF may start blocking traffic if it receives too many login requests from a single IP in a given period of time. Wait a couple minutes. Enter the correct credentials or attempt to reset the password if needed.
