What is the difference between a Back-Up order and an Always-Ship order?
Ambassadors have the option to set their subscription to be a back-up order or an always-ship order.
Back-Up Subscription Order (Conditional)
For a Back-Up Subscription order to process on the date it is scheduled, the Ambassador's current PV (Personal Volume) would not have reached the commission qualification amount (100PV). This amount must be reached at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled run date.
Always-Ship Subscription Order (Unconditional)
The Always-Ship Subscription order will process every month regardless of how much PV the Ambassador has.
How to update a subscription for a Back-Up Subscription Order or an Always-Ship Subscription Order.
- Sign into your Plexus account.
- Under My Account, select My Subscriptions.
- Find the subscription you’d like to change and select View & Edit.
- Under Change Date:
- Select the Make this Subscription Conditional box to make the subscription order Conditional.
A check mark will show up in the box if it is selected. - Deselect the Make this Subscription Conditional box to make the subscription order Unconditional.
- The option selected is automatically saved.
- Select the Make this Subscription Conditional box to make the subscription order Conditional.
