Are the Cash Rewards paid out on a weekly or a monthly commissions?
The Cash Rewards program is paid on a weekly commissions.
If I refer a VIP Customer that places a Welcome Pack order, can I earn a product credit and Cash Rewards if I convert to a Brand Ambassador?
No. If you refer a VIP Customer with a welcome pack purchase, you will have until the end of the weekly commissions cycle, 11:59 ET PM that Saturday to convert to Brand Ambassador in order to receive Cash Rewards for that welcome pack purchase. Otherwise, you will automatically receive a Product Credit.
