How do I redeem Product of the Season? |
Product of the Season is now redeemed with Perk Credits through the Perks Portal in the My Account area of the Virtual Office under “Redeem”

Expiration | Do Perk Credits expire? |
Yes, 12 months after they are earned credits will expire if not used. For example, if I earn 100 Perk Credits in May 2020 and then 100 in June 2020, I will lose the 100 May Perk Credits in May 2021 and then the 100 June Perk Credits in June 2021 if not used by then. |
No Subscription | If my subscription is turned off, what happens to my earned credits? |
All credits earned will be lost. You must set up a qualifying subscription within 3 days to keep your credits. All credits will be forfeited within 3 days of not having an active qualified subscription. |
Refunds | What happens to my Perk Credits if a refund is processed on the subscription order? |
Credits will be deducted based off the order PV and refund request. |
