The CA My Account page has been redesigned with a new refreshing look! We've made new exciting updates to manage your Address Book and Subscriptions.
Address Book Page
There is a new look and feel on the Address Book page as well as enhanced ability to add an unlimited number of addresses! A user will always be required to have a Main (Primary) and Mail (Mailing) address on file. The first address that the user submits (during checkout) will be automatically saved as both their Main and Mail address. The My Account Address Book will show that address once, with both Primary and Mailing labels. Once the initial address is saved, the user can add a second address and designate it as a separate Primary or Mailing label.
Add New Address
Users can now add an unlimited number of addresses. Each address now can be given a label, such has “Grandma’s House” so users can easily identify who the address is for. The user can select if they want this new address to be save as their Primary or Mailing address. If a different address already has this designation, it will overwrite the previous selection and save this new address as Primary or Mailing.
Enter all address details and click Save Changes. USA addresses will be verified and display a verification modal. The verification modal has been removed for all other markets as no real validation occurs. Click Continue.
A list of active Subscriptions will be displayed for the user to attach this address to. If no subscriptions are checked, click Skip & Continue. If one or more subscriptions are checked the button will change to Save & Update.
Once the address is added, if a subscription was selected, a link will display to view the Subscriptions. This will redirect to the Subscription page.
Edit an Address
To edit an existing address, click on the Edit link on the address. A modal will display that looks the same as when adding an address. If the address is linked to an existing subscription, the country cannot be edited on the address. The user must update the address on the subscription in order to modify the country for that address.
The same validations as editing will occur after clicking Save. If the address is already linked to a subscription it will be checked and is not able to be unchecked, but a second subscription can be checked.
If an address is set as the Primary or Mailing Address, these settings cannot be deselected. However, an address that does not have this selected can be checked and it will overwrite the previous selection and save this address as Primary or Mailing.
Delete an Address
An address can only be deleted if it is not set as Primary or Mailing and has no subscriptions linked to it. Click the Delete link on the address. A confirmation modal will display. Click Delete again.
Below is what the addresses will look like when they cannot be deleted for the above-mentioned reasons.

My Subscriptions Page
New look and feel on the Subscriptions page, now also showing Inactive Subscriptions. Currently, the Inactive subscription are view only, but in the future, we will add reactivating functionality! A lot of new and improved functionality has been added to the subscription page, described in the sections below.
All subscriptions will be defaulted in a collapsed view. The user will have the ability to open a calendar to Change Date on their next subscription, as well as make the subscription Conditional by checking the box. Click View Details to see products, shipping and payment details on that subscription.
View Details
Once the subscription is expanded, the user can add new products, change quantity of existing products, edit shipping options and edit payment options. The most significant changes are with the editing of shipping and payment information.
Edit Shipping
By clicking Edit next to the Shipping header, a new section will be expanded to display the below. The user can select a different saved address in the country that this subscription is shipping to.
NEW! The user will now be able to see the full address, the name and label, and phone number assigned to that address
A USA user can also select a different shipping method by clicking the Method dropdown. This functionality will remain the same as the previous My Account.
NEW! In addition to selecting a different saved address, the user can also create a new address right from the subscription page! This address will then display in this section on the subscription as well as automatically be added to the Address Book.
*See the Address Book guide for details on the address fields and functionality
Click Save to complete the changes or Cancel to discard the changes.
Once newly created address is saved it will display in the list, click Save Changes or Cancel. If Cancel is clicked, that address will still be saved in the Address Book but will not be saved to that subscription because the radio edit button would not have saved for that new address on this subscription.
Edit Payment
By clicking Edit next to the Payment header, a new section will be expanded to display the below. The user can select a different saved payment method or update an existing payment method if the card is out of date.
NEW! The user can update existing Credit Cards directly from the Subscription page without being redirected to the Payment page.
*See the Payment guide for details on the payment fields and functionality
Click Update Credit Card to make edits to an existing card on file or click a different radio edit button to select a different saved card for this subscription. When updating an existing card on file from the Subscription page, the user must re-enter the card number – this is existing functionality.
Click Save to complete the changes or Cancel to discard the changes.
Expired Credit Cards will display an error message in the collapsed view indicating the user needs to update their card.
To update the card, click View Details to expand the subscription. Then click Edit in the Payment section.
The user can see which card has expired and either Edit the card by clicking Update Credit Card or select a different card for that subscription. This can all be done from the Subscription page and the user will not be redirected to the Payments page!
