Viewing Commissions

Brand Ambassadors can keep track of their weekly commissions in the Virtual Office report. Commissions can also be viewed monthly or longer. The report can be customized and downloaded in your desired format. 

 

Viewing Weekly and Monthly Commissions

Follow these steps to view commissions by weekly, monthly, or all:

1. Go to www.PlexusWorldwide.com

Login to My Account.

Click Dashboard
4. Go to the left panel and Click My Business
5. In the drop-down, click Commissions Summary
6.

Change the Period you want to view (All, Weekly, Monthly)
7.

This report will allow you to do the following:

  • Download the report as CSV or Excel
  • Show/ hide search
  • Show/ hide filter
  • Show/ Hide Columns
  • Density
  • Fullscreen

In this report, you will be able to view the following:

  • Description of commissions
  • Earnings (commissions earned before tax adjustments)
  • Processing Fee
  • Net Total (total commissions earned after-tax adjustments)
  • Date Paid
  • Download (PDF or Excel)

To get to the Commissions Summary page, go to:

1. Go to www.PlexusWorldwide.com
2. Login to My Account
3. Login to Virtual Office
4. Click on My Business Tab 
5. Click on the Commissions Summary Tab

 

 

Determining who Contributed to Cash Rewards Promotion Bonus

To determine which Brand Ambassadors and customers have contributed to your Cash Rewards Promotion Bonus, follow these steps:

Locate your Weekly Commission Summary:

  1. Log into Virtual Office
  2. Go to My Business > Commission Summary
  3. Select Weekly from the drop-down menu

Download the Report:

  1. In the Download column you will see PDF/Excel; click on the desired format to download the report.
  2. On the bottom Left-hand side corner, you will see the report download; open the report.

If downloading in Excel format, highlight rows A-E and expand the columns so you can see all the weekly bonuses by Commission Type, Amount Contributed, ID, Order #, and Percent Contributed.
4 To view your Monthly or All Commissions Summary: Repeat the steps above and select Monthly or ALL instead of Weekly from the drop-down menu.
