What is the Free Shipping on any Welcome Packs?
On Thursday, February 11, 2021 we will be launching a Free Shipping promotion to new Ambassadors enrolling with any Welcome Pack purchase. From Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 12:00 a.m. ET through Monday, March 15, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. ET any new Ambassador who purchases any Welcome Pack will receive FREE SHIPPING. All new Ambassadors must use the promo code for the free shipping.

Do you have to purchase a Welcome Pack to free shipping?
Yes. Ambassadors must purchase a Welcome Pack and Plexus Annual Membership at the time of enrollment to receive free shipping.

If I have a current Customer and they upgrade to an Ambassador, can they receive free shipping?
Yes, if they enrol and purchase their choice of Welcome Pack during the promotion period.
What if a New Ambassador purchased a Welcome Pack prior to the Promotion period and is still within their 30-day window? Can they be provided a refund and/or purchase another Welcome Pack to receive free shipping?
No. If an Ambassadors has already purchased their Welcome Pack outside of the Promotional dates, they are not eligible for free shipping. Ambassadors are only eligible to purchase a Welcome Pack once.
Exclusions and Exceptions
No exceptions will be made for purchases outside the promotional period dates.

Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 12:00 a.m. ET through Wednesday, March 31st, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Ambassadors must enrol with a purchase of a 109.00 USD/ 140.35 CAD/ 196.95 AUD or 209.00 USD/ 269.11 CAD/ 344.95 AUD Welcome Pack and use the promo code to be eligible for the economy free shipping. Upgrades to Ambassador status and Re-entry accounts will also be eligible for this promotion. Ambassadors within 6 months of conversion date from Ambassador to Customer will not count towards qualifications for this promotion. Must be outside of the 6-month period to qualify.
Any returns, refunds and declined eCheck payments will count against the Ambassador qualifying for this incentive. All credit card payments for Customers and Ambassadors must be in their own name and not that of the sponsor or upline. Random audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide and can be conducted at any time
