What is Gold School?
Gold School is an in-field, exclusive, all-day training event held quarterly for newly qualified Gold and Senior Gold Brand Ambassadors, as well as Brand Ambassadors (Gold or above) who have personally developed a Level 1 Gold or Senior Gold Brand Ambassador.
The Gold School content is developed and facilitated collaboratively by corporate and Brand Ambassadors.
The training is designed to equip Gold and Senior Gold Brand Ambassadors with the mindset and skillset to advance to Ruby. Topics include:
- Introduction to leadership
- Importance of duplication
- Daily action to advance your business
- Compensation plan fundamentals
- Sharing Plexus confidently with YES for Success
- Mapping your path to Ruby
Topics are subject to change.
In addition, Gold School achievers will be invited to an exclusive Gold Party that will be held at Convention. All Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for their own airfare, transportation to and from the event, and hotel expenses.

How can I qualify for Gold School?
You may qualify to attend a Gold School event if you have achieved at least one of the following criteria:
- You are a newly qualified Gold Brand Ambassador.
- You are a newly qualified Senior Gold Brand Ambassador.
- You are a Brand Ambassador (Gold or above) who has personally developed a Level 1 Gold or Senior Gold Brand Ambassador
Additionally, all those who qualify to attend a Gold School event based on the criteria above must also be commission qualified:
- Current paid annual membership (PAM)
- Have at least 100 PV each month
When you qualify for Gold School, you will receive an invitation via email that contains a link to register for the event. Please note that the invitation email is separate from the Rank Advancement email.
When is Gold School?
Gold School events are held quarterly.
Next Gold School Event:
- January 27th, 2024
- Registration opens at 8 am Training begins at 9 am
Future Gold School Events (dates subject to change):
- Future Gold School dates are expected to be announced by end of December 2023.
When you register, you are registering for a specific event date. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel your registration (see “How do I cancel my registration?” below for details).
If you are unable to attend the next upcoming Gold School event, you will be able to register for a following event, up to 12 months from your initial invitation.
How do I register for Gold School?
When you qualify for Gold School, you will receive an invitation via email that contains a link to register for the event. Please note that the invitation email is separate from the Rank Advancement email.

Please note: When you register, you are registering for a specific event date. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel your registration (see “How do I cancel my registration?” below for details).
How do I cancel my registration?
If you are no longer able to attend the specific Gold School event you registered for, you must cancel by the cancellation deadline listed on the registration site.
To cancel your registration:
- Log back into your registration using your email address and registration confirmation number
- Select the “Unregister” button to complete the cancellation process
Failure to cancel by the deadline may result in the forfeiture of your Gold School invitation.
How do I attend Gold Party at Convention?
Achievers of Gold School will be invited to attend Gold Party, an exclusive party held at Convention. Only achievers of Gold School (no guests) will be able to attend Gold Party.
It is not necessary to attend Gold School to attend Gold Party. Gold Party is only offered to those who have achieved Gold School within the year leading up to Convention. For more information, see “Gold School and Gold Party FAQs” below.

There will be no dedicated spaces if any childcare is needed. If you will be traveling with children, please make arrangements for childcare during the session time. |

Achievers of Gold School have 12 months from the time they receive their initial invitation email to attend a Gold School event. When you receive your invitation email with the registration link, please note you are registering for a specific event/date. If you cannot attend that specific Gold School, another invitation email will be sent to you when the next Gold School event registration opens. If you register for Gold School, but cannot attend, you need to cancel by the cancellation deadline listed on the registration site. See “How do I cancel my registration” above for further details. |
| No Call No Show | If I registered for Gold School and do not show up (and I didn’t cancel by the deadline), what happens? |
If you register for a Gold School event and do not show up (or do not cancel by the deadline as stated on the registration site), you may forfeit your spot to attend future Gold School events. Furthermore, you will be placed on a waiting list, and an invitation will only be extended one month before the next event if there is space. |

Official Rules
Exclusions and Exceptions
No exceptions will be made for this event outside the specified timeframes and dates. This event is for any newly qualified Gold and Senior Gold Brand Ambassadors from November 1, 2021, and any existing Gold or above Brand Ambassadors who personally develop a new Level 1 Gold or Senior Gold Brand Ambassador from November 1, 2021.
Rules and Regulations
This Event rewards your activity as a newly qualified Gold and Senior Gold Ambassador from November 1, 2021, or for personal development of a qualified Level 1 Gold or Senior Gold Brand Ambassador from November 1, 2021. Both the sponsor and achiever must be commission qualified (current paid annual membership (PAM) and have at least 100 PV each month). Chance plays no part in determining the results.

Any Brand Ambassador who qualifies for Gold School and is non-compliant with the Plexus® policies and procedures will be unable to attend the event.
Random audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide® and can be conducted at any time. Any returns, refunds, and declined eCheck payments will count against the Brand Ambassador qualifying for this event.
The Gold School Event is subject to these Rules and the Company’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the event.
