Gold School Training Event Details
Gold School is an in-field, exclusive, all-day Training event for qualifying for new Gold and Senior Gold Brand Ambassadors who qualified in 2021 or 2022 on how to duplicate themselves and continue to advance in rank to Ruby. It is facilitated by corporate and field trainers, and will be held quarterly each year, starting in 2022. Any newly qualified Gold and Senior Gold Brand Ambassadors in 2021 or 2022 and any existing Gold or above Brand Ambassadors who personally developed a new Level 1 Gold or Senior Gold Brand Ambassador in 2021 or 2022 may attend. In addition, achievers will be invited to an exclusive Gold School Party that will be held at Convention. All Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for their own airfare, transportation to and from the event, and hotel expenses.

What is Gold School?
Gold School is an in-field, exclusive, all-day training event for new Gold and Senior Gold Brand Ambassadors who qualified in 2021 or 2022 on how to duplicate themselves and continue to advance in rank to Ruby. It will be held quarterly each year, and the first official event dates are April 9, 2022, at the Dallas Sheraton in Dallas, TX, July 16, 2022, October 8, 2022, and February 4, 2022. Additional locations for each event will be established at a later date.
How can I qualify to attend this event?
Any newly qualified Gold or Senior Gold Brand Ambassador in 2021 or 2022 and any existing Gold and any existing Gold or above Brand Ambassador who has personally developed a new Gold or Senior Gold Brand Ambassador in 2021 or 2022 may attend. Both the sponsor and achiever must be commission qualified ( current paid annual membership (PAM) and have at least 100 PV each month). The eligibility periods for each event are as follows:

Can Brand Ambassadors of any rank attend the Gold School Party at Convention?
No, only newly ranked Gold or Senior Gold Brand Ambassadors or existing Gold or above Brand Ambassadors who developed a new level 1 Gold or Senior Gold Brand Ambassador in 2021 or 2022 may attend the party. It is not necessary to attend Gold School to attend the party.
What if I cannot attend Gold School during the period for which I earned it?
You can attend the next Gold School event.
Is there a fee to attend this event?
No, there is no fee for Gold School.

Am I able to receive cash in lieu of attending the event?
No, there will be no cash payout.
If I became a Gold or Senior Gold Brand Ambassador or if I developed a new Gold or Senior Gold Brand Ambassador as a Gold or above Brand Ambassador before January 1, 2022, is there any way I can attend this event?
Yes, newly qualified Gold or Senior Gold Brand Ambassadors in 2021 or 2022 and any existing Gold or above Brand Ambassadors who have personally developed a new Gold or Senior Gold Brand Ambassador in 2021 or 2022 may attend this event. Those who qualify to attend will be notified via email.
Can I attend both Gold School and Rubies on the Rise events?
Yes, you can attend both events, so long as you do so in chronological order. If you attend Rubies on the Rise before Gold School, you automatically forfeit your opportunity to attend Gold School.
As an upline, how many times am I able to attend Gold School if I develop multiple Level 1 Golds or Senior Golds over the course of the year?
Every time you develop a new Level 1 Gold Brand Ambassador or Senior Gold Brand Ambassador you can attend Gold School with them. If you develop a new Gold Brand Ambassador each quarter, you may attend all 4 events.
When I earn Gold School, what is included and what isn’t?
Gold School achievers will receive an invitation to an exclusive all-day training. The training event cost will be covered by Plexus and all achievers will be responsible for covering transportation to and from the event, airfare, and any applicable hotel expenses.
If someone becomes a new Gold or Senior Gold Brand Ambassador on my Level 2, am I able to attend Gold School with them?
You may only attend Gold School with a new Gold or Senior Gold Brand Ambassador if you are the next upline who is commission qualified for that rank achievement month and are a Gold Brand Ambassador or above.
Will the direct upline or the next active upline of the Gold School achievers be notified of their downline’s achievement?
The first upline who is commission qualified for that rank achievement month and is a Gold Brand Ambassador or above will be notified and invited.
When are the Gold School invites sent out?
The Gold School invites are being sent with rank up emails at the end of the month after commissions close. For example, the emails sent at the end of February include January earners, and emails sent at the end of March include February earners.
When are the Gold School event registration confirmation emails sent out?
There will be an automated confirmation email sent out whenever a qualified Brand Ambassador registers for Gold School.
If someone became a Gold Brand Ambassador in 2021, but has since ranked up, can they still attend Gold School?
Yes, they may still attend Gold School.
Exclusions and Exceptions
No exceptions will be made for this event outside the specified timeframes and dates. This event is for any newly qualified Gold and Senior Gold Brand Ambassadors in 2021 or 2022 and any existing Gold or above Brand Ambassadors who personally develop a new Level 1 Gold or Senior Gold Brand Ambassador in 2021 or 2022.

This Event rewards your activity as a newly qualified Gold and Senior Gold Ambassador in 2021 or 2022 or for personal development of a qualified Gold or Senior Gold Brand Ambassador in 2021 or 2022.Both the sponsor and achiever must be commission qualified ( current paid annual membership (PAM) and have at least 100 PV each month). Chance plays no part in determining the results.

Any Brand Ambassador who qualifies for Gold School and is non-compliant with the Plexus® policies and procedures will be unable to attend the event.
Random audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide® and can be conducted at any time. Any returns, refunds, and declined eCheck payments will count against the Brand Ambassador qualifying for this event.
The Gold School Event is subject to these Rules and the Company’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the event.
