Types of Credits and Ways to Earn Them:
Enrollment Credits
Level 1: Every new Level 1 Retail or VIP Customer you enroll between January 1, 2026 – April 30, 2026, with combined orders totaling 100-149 PV in their first month earn you 25 Enrollment Credits. Every new Level 1 Retail or VIP Customer you enroll during this timeframe with combined orders totaling 150 PV or more in their first month will earn you 50 Enrollment Credits.
Level 2: Every new Level 2 Retail or VIP Customer who enrolls during this same timeframe with combined orders totaling 100-149 PV in their first month will earn you 20 Enrollment Credits. Every new Level 2 Retail or VIP Customer who enrolls during this timeframe with combined orders totaling 150 PV or more in their first month will earn you 25 Enrollment Credits.
Level 3: Every new Level 3 Retail or VIP Customer who enrolls during this same timeframe with combined orders totaling 100-149 PV in their first month will earn you 15 Enrollment Credits. Every new Level 3 Retail or VIP Customer who enrolls during this timeframe with combined orders totaling 150 PV or more in their first month will earn you 20 Enrollment Credits.
Level 4: Every new Level 4 Retail or VIP Customer who enrolls during this same timeframe with combined orders totaling 100-149 PV in their first month will earn you 10 Enrollment Credits. Every new Level 4 Retail or VIP Customer who enrolls during this timeframe with combined orders totaling 150 PV or more in their first month will earn you 15 Enrollment Credits.

Retention Credits
Level 1: You will earn 25 Retention Credits for combined orders of 100-149 PV for up to two commissionable months following the enrollment of each new Level 1 Retail or VIP Customer you enroll between November 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026.
You will earn 50 Retention Credits for combined orders of 150 PV+ for up to two commissionable months following the enrollment of each new Level 1 Retail or VIP Customer you enroll between November 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026.
Level 2: You will earn 20 Retention Credits for combined orders of 100-149 PV for up to two commissionable months following the enrollment of each new Level 2 Retail or VIP Customer you enroll between November 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026.
You will earn 25 Retention Credits for combined orders of 150 PV+ for up to two commissionable months following the enrollment of each new Level 2 Retail or VIP Customer you enroll between November 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026.
Level 3: You will earn 15 Retention Credits for combined orders of 100-149 PV for up to two commissionable months following the enrollment of each new Level 3 Retail or VIP Customer you enroll between November 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026.
You will earn 20 Retention Credits for combined orders of 150 PV+ for up to two commissionable months following the enrollment of each new Level 3 Retail or VIP Customer you enroll between November 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026.
Level 4: You will earn 10 Retention Credits for combined orders of 100-149 PV for up to two commissionable months following the enrollment of each new Level 4 Retail or VIP Customer you enroll between November 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026.
You will earn 15 Retention Credits for combined orders of 150 PV+ for up to two commissionable months following the enrollment of each new Level 4 Retail or VIP Customer you enroll November 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026.
The qualifying PV from discretionary or subscription monthly orders can be from multiple orders. The maximum number of times you can earn Retention Credits from the same Retail or VIP Customer during the contest period is two.

Rank Advancement Credits
Personal and Team Rank Advancement: You will earn Rank Advancement Credits when you or a Brand Ambassador on your Levels 1-4 rank advances to a new highest achieved rank. If you or your team achieve multiple new highest achieved ranks in a single month, you will receive credits for each rank you achieved.
Personal and Team Re-Rank: You will earn Re-Rank Credits when you or a Brand Ambassador on your Levels 1-4 does one of the following:
- Re-achieves your/their highest achieved rank prior to January 1, 2026, OR
- Exceed your/their benchmark rank which is the highest paid as rank between September 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025, up to your/their highest achieved rank prior to January 1, 2026.
If you/your team exceed your/their benchmark rank by multiple ranks in a single month, you/they will receive credits for each rank you/they re-achieved, through your/their highest achieved rank prior to January 1, 2026.
Rank Advancement Credits will not be given for achieving or re-achieving a rank twice during the contest. If you/they earn Rank Advancement Credits for a rank, you/they are not eligible to earn Re-Rank Credits for the same rank, and vice versa.

If a Retail/VIP Customer or Brand Ambassador in your downline returns their order and the order drops below the qualifying order requirement during the contest period, you will experience a credit deduction. Ex: Tammy is a Brand Ambassador who signed up Jocelyn as a new Level 1 VIP Customer with a 100 PV purchase. Tammy received 25 Enrollment Credits from Jocelyn. Shortly after Jocelyn became a VIP Customer, she decided to return her entire order. As a result, 25 Enrollment Credits were deducted from Tammy’s account because Jocelyn did not meet the necessary qualifying order requirement as a new VIP Customer. |
| Will I lose credits if I am not commission qualified in any given month? | If a Brand Ambassador is not commission qualified in a particular month, they will not earn any credits during that month. No credits will be lost from your existing credit amount, but no new credits will be earned during that month. |

For those who have qualified for the Black and White Soiree, The Events team will be sending out congrats emails that will require Brand Ambassadors to RSVP for the event. Anyone who RSVPs for the Black and White Soiree but does not attend Convention will forfeit this prize, and it is non-transferable. |
| What if I have earned prizes in the Convention Contest but choose not to attend the event in June 2026? What will happen to the prizes I have earned? | If you earn at least 1,500 credits and register and confirm your attendance but choose not to attend, all contest prizes you would have received while at Convention will be automatically forfeited. No cash alternatives will be issued, and the prizes are non-transferable. |
| What if I have an extenuating circumstance that does not allow me to attend Convention? | Those who cannot attend due to extenuating circumstances may submit an exceptions request, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Extenuating circumstances include military deployment, pregnancy, death in the family, or severe illness. Those who are granted an exception will receive a one-time total payment of 500 USD. |

The amount earned is based on how many credits earned during the contest.

| How will the earners for the Tier 4 additional shopping money be determined? | The top 10 credit earners who are qualified and registered to attend, reach 10,000 Credits, and attend the Shopping Experience in Columbus, OH on June 11, 2026, will receive the 5,000 USD shopping experience. You can track your standings in the Convention Contest leader board in the Virtual Office. |
| When will I receive my prepaid credit card for the Tier 4 Shopping Experience? |
The shopping experience will take place on June 11, 2026, and the prepaid credit card can only be picked up on-site at the Easton Town Center form 10:30am – 2pm. The prepaid credit cards will be distributed on-site. Note: In order to receive your prepaid credit card, you must be registered and attend 2026 Elevate Convention and the Shopping Experience. You cannot pick up any prepaid credit cards other than your own, those earned from your re-entry account, or for your spouse. |
| Will Plexus be shipping my purchases for me? | No, Plexus will not ship any of your purchases. You must arrange your own shipment if you choose to have any items shipped. |
| Will Plexus cover any of my travel expenses (hotel, airfare, transportation, meals, parking) for the Elevate Convention? | Plexus is not covering any travel expenses for your Convention trip. All travel arrangements must be made on your own and are at your own expense. However, if you have earned 2,000 Credits for the Tier 2 prize, you can use the 250 USD travel cash toward your Convention travel. |

| Will there be an option for Brand Ambassadors to attend Convention virtually this year? | There will be no option for Brand Ambassadors to attend the 2026 Elevate Convention virtually; they must attend the event in-person. |

Exclusions and Exceptions
No exceptions will be made for enrollments outside of the specified dates.
Rules and Regulations
During the 2026 Elevate Convention Contest, Brand Ambassadors will only accumulate Enrollment, Retention, and Rank Advancement credits during the months in which they are commission qualified.
They must enroll a minimum of 3 new VIP Customers with an initial 100 PV+ order before discounts, tax, and shipping during the contest period.
No adjustments will be made for enrollments outside of the contest dates. Brand Ambassadors with reentry accounts will have the option of combining enrollments from their original accounts with these accounts to meet the personal qualification requirement of 3 new VIP Customer enrollments with initial 100 PV+ orders to participate in this contest. Only Jewel Brand Ambassadors can nominate 1 linked household account to achieve this personal sign-up requirement to participate. However, the account must be linked by the end of the contest. If they would like to link their accounts and are an Emerald Brand Ambassador or above, they must contact the Jewel line for assistance with the process. To earn prize tiers on both accounts, they must have a total of 6 new VIP Customers with initial 100 PV+ orders between the 2 accounts.
All returns, refunds and declined eCheck payments will count against the Brand Ambassador qualifying for this contest. All credit card payments for Brand Ambassadors and VIP Customers must be in their own name and not that of the sponsor or upline. Random audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide and can be conducted at any time. No exceptions will be made for purchases outside the promotion period.
Those who become new Brand Ambassadors after January 1, 2026, will receive double Enrollment, Retention, and Personal and Team Rank Advancement Credits for the first calendar month they are in business.
