|You will log in using the same credentials you use to log into your Back Office. It is case sensitive, so take care when entering in your information.
|How can I unlock certain tasks?
|Some tasks require the completion of another task or set of tasks before they can be unlocked. In Plexus GO, there is a logical sequence of tasks for you to go through. Each task has a specific description, so be sure to read it carefully to understand how to complete it.
|Can I view a task that has already been completed?
|Yes, you can review a task that has been completed at any time. Do this by scrolling to the bottom of the Home page and clicking “See Task History”.
|As a VIP or Brand Ambassador, can I post on the Messages page?
|All posts on the Messages page will come from Plexus Worldwide.
|Can I comment or ask questions about a post in the Messages page?
|Users will be able to interact with the Messages by ‘liking’ posts, but will not have the ability to comment.
|Can I send direct messages to other users of Plexus GO?
|You will not be able to send messages using this feature.

|All popular formats such as docx, pdf, jpeg, png, mp4, mov, etc.

|How do I sign up for Pivotal in Plexus GO?
|From the Plexus GO home screen, scroll down until you see Pivotal. When prompted about starting Pivotal, select “Yes.” This will start your 12-week Pivotal journey.
|I’m already registered for Pivotal, what happens?
|Plexus GO will pick your Pivotal journey up right where you’re at. You can view Pivotal in Plexus GO or in the pre-existing web version.
|Can I see previous weeks content in Plexus GO?
|Yes, your home page will show your current Pivotal week and the week prior. Older weeks can be found in the Digital Library in the Pivotal folder.
|Can I skip ahead?
|No, you will receive new Pivotal content each week (7 full days). You can view previous weeks, but you are unable to skip ahead.
|When will I get new Pivotal content?
|Pivotal is a 12-week program and you will receive new Pivotal content every week (7 full days). Ex: If you sign up for Pivotal on a Sunday, every Sunday you will receive a new week of Pivotal content.

|Can I view my Pivotal downline report in Plexus GO?
