How do I get started?

To get started using the Plexus GO App:

Step: Action:
1.

Go to the App Store or Google Play on your mobile phone.
2. Search ‘Plexus GO’ and click Install.
3. Once the app is downloaded, you will be able to log in with the same username and password as your Plexus Back Office.

  • Preferences: Edit your profile, select your language, and manage notifications.
  • Reports: Find quick details about your next order, Perk Credits, your business, and more!

Is the app free? Yes, the app is free to Plexus VIP Customers and Brand Ambassadors.
Where do I get the Plexus GO app? Plexus GO is available in the Google Play store for Android and the App Store for Apple.
How do I log in?  Log in using the same credentials you use to  access your Back Office. It is case sensitive, so take care when entering in your information. 
How do I access the Digital Library?
  1. Click the More button in the bottom right corner of your screen.
  2. Click the Library button from the menu
  3. Select your Market

View the content available in the Digital Library.

 

How do I download items from the Digital Library?
  1. Find the item you would like to download and open the file
  2. Click the Download button at the bottom of the screen
  3. Follow the steps on your phone to save the file
How do I view my badges?
  1.  Click the More button in the bottom right corner of your screen
  2. Select My Profile

This page will show you how many badges you have earned, as well as what the badges are for.
How do I search in the app?
  1. Click the Search button at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Click the magnifying glass in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Enter your search topic and press search.

How do I change my notification settings?
  1. Open Plexus GO
  2. Click the More button in the bottom right corner of the screen
  3. Select Preferences
  4. Click Notifications.
  5. Select which notifications you would like to receive.
*These preferences can be changed at any time
What file types are supported for my Profile picture? You can upload almost any .jpg or .png image.
Is there a maximum file size supported? Images must be 1.5MB or smaller.
What type of photo is recommended? It is recommended to use a photo where other participants of Plexus GO can easily recognize your face.
What languages is the app available in? The Plexus Go app is available in English and Spanish.
If I’m having technical issues with the Plexus Go App, who do I contact?

  1. Click the ‘More’ button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  2. Click ‘Contact Us’

Here, you will find the necessary information to contact us for assistance.
Can I shop for products, manage Perks, and access my Virtual Office directly through the app? While you cannot make purchases, redeem Perks, or view your Virtual Office directly through the app, you will be linked directly to these pages in your account, where you can view and manage items as needed.
Can I register for Plexus Pivotal? Registration for Plexus Pivotal ended on January 9, 2025. Participants still in their 12-week journey who registered prior to that date will still be able to finish their Pivotal journey.
