What is the cost to attend the Convention?	Early Bird Pricing: June 18, 2025 – July 31, 2025: $75 USD Registration closes: August 1, 2025 It will reopen at Super Saturday in January 2026.
Who can attend the Convention?	Convention is open to everyone, and each attendee must register with their name and email address and pay the fee. Link to Register: Registration Link You must check in at registration when you arrive to receive your attendee badge. Your badge must be worn to access ALL Convention activities.

Hotel And Travel

How do I book my hotel room?	We will provide you with more information about booking a room for the 2026 Convention in January 2026. You are responsible for booking and paying for your airfare, hotel accommodation, and transportation. Plexus does not cover or provide any of these things.

Modify your registration

How to Modify Your Registration.

2.	Click Already Registered? at the top right of the page.
3.	Once logged in, go to the Convention event on your dashboard and make the modifications, then confirm your changes.

Cancellation Refund Policy

Your Early Bird Registration is eligible for a 50% refund if canceled by the deadline of May 12, 2026. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take 7–10 business days to process.

Cancellations made after May 12, 2026, are not eligible for a refund, no exceptions.
Ticket transfers are not permitted for any of our events.
Canceling your event registration does not automatically cancel your travel plans. You are responsible for managing and canceling your own airfare and hotel accommodations.

To Cancel Your Registration

1.	Log in to your registration by clicking on Already Registered? at the top right corner of the website: https://plexus.getregistered.net/2026-plexusconvention-elevate
2.	Enter the email and password you registered with. If you can’t remember your password, click on “Forgot Password?” You will receive an email; follow the steps to create a new password.
3.	Once logged in, hover over your name in the top right corner, and a drop-down menu will appear. Select View Registration.
4.	Select Cancel Registration on the menu to the left.
5.	Review the cancellation policy and process your refund (if applicable)
6.	Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation of the cancellation. It may take 7–10 business days for the refund to process.

Can I bring a guest to Convention?	Yes, you can bring a guest, but they must register and pay the registration fee. Your guest can register using the Convention 2025 registration link: https://plexus.getregistered.net/2026-plexusconvention-elevate
Can children attend Convention?	Because seating is limited, and this is an educational training conference for your business, we ask that attendees not bring in children. Please note that anyone attending any of the Convention event must be registered. Registration fees are the same for all; however, children 5 and under are free. For nursing mothers. We will have a Family Watch Room, with a TV streaming our General Sessions.
I’m no longer attending Convention may I transfer my ticket to someone?	There will be no transfer of tickets allowed for this event. If you can't attend, please refer to the cancellation policy.
What is the weather like in Columbus in June?	In Columbus, Ohio, the weather in June is typically warm and humid, marking the start of summer. Here's what you can generally expect: Temperature Average High: 79–84°F (26–29°C) Average Low: 60–65°F (16–18°C) Please bring a sweater for inside the Convention Center, as some rooms may be chilly.
What should I wear to Convention?	We recommend casual business attire for the conference. Conference ballrooms tend to be chilly, so please bring a blazer or a sweater. More details on any special event attire will be made available closer to the event date.
If I register for Convention, but then do not attend, can my registration bag be mailed to me?	No, we are not able to mail any registration bags or other Convention items.
Do I need to be registered for the Convention to collect my Convention Contest prizes?	Yes. When you register for Convention, please ensure you register with the email address you use with Plexus. Ensure you type your ambassador ID correctly. These fields will be matched with your convention prize eligibility.
