Plexus VIP Customer Product Credits
Plexus VIP Customer Product Credits are awarded to VIP Customers when someone joins their team and uses their personal referral link to purchase Plexus products.
The difference between Product Credits and Plexus Perks
Product Credits are earned by referring new customers via your referral link. Plexus Perks are earned through subscriptions.
How to Redeem
Product Credits can be redeemed through physical purchases in the “Shop” area under "My Account”:
Access the main menu from the Plexus Worldwide web page
Select My Account from the Menu Bar
Select “Shop”, which takes you to your Plexus Shopping experience
Once products are selected, you can choose whether you would like to redeem your existing Product Credits or not.
*Beginning on a date TBD, Product Credits will be auto applied to the next available subscription.

Different Order Types
There are three types of initial purchases your referrals can make that will result in product credits.
|An order containing a 140.35 CAD Welcome Pack||If your referral purchases a 140.35 CAD Welcome Pack, you will receive 20.00 USD^ in product credits. In addition, the next upline qualified Brand Ambassador will receive a 5.00 USD Business Building Bonus.|
|An order containing a 269.11 CAD Welcome Pack||
If your referral purchases a $209 USD Welcome Pack, you will receive 25.00 USD^ in product credits. In addition, the next 3 upline qualified Brand Ambassadors will receive Cash Reward Bonuses of 12.50 USD, 7.50 USD, and 5.00 USD respectively.
An order that does not contain a Welcome Pack
|If your referral makes an initial purchase that does not contain a Welcome Pack, you will receive 10% of the order subtotal in product credits.|
Gaining and Redeeming Product Credits
These are frequently asked questions about how to gain and redeem Product Credits.
|PV||Can Product Credits be used as payment towards a PV purchase?||Yes, Product Credits can be used as payment towards PV purchases. No PV will be deducted from the total if Product Credits are used.|
|Redeeming||Can I use my Product Credits in the same order in which I am redeeming Plexus Perk Credits?||Yes. Product credits can be used simultaneously with Perk Credits and will be applied to the total.|
|Converting||When are my Product Credits converted to Canadian Dollars?||Product credits are converted when they are received at the current exchange rate.|
|Subscription||Will my Product Credits be automatically applied to my monthly subscription?||Yes! Your Product Credits will be automatically applied to your subscription, to turn off auto application go to My Account > Referrals > Product Credit Settings and turn off the auto-application of Product Credits to your subscription.|
|Converting||How can I convert Credits to Cash?||You cannot convert available Product Credits to Cash, Product Credits can be used for purchases from Plexus only.|
|Redeeming||Which orders qualify for Product Credits?||The first order purchased by a new Retail Customer or VIP Customer you refer to Plexus via your referral link.|
|Virtual Office||How long does it take for my Product Credits to appear in my virtual office?||Product Credits should appear in your virtual office within minutes of your referrals purchase.|
|Return||What happens if I use Product Credits to make a purchase and then return that item?||When applied to an order and the order is returned, the product credits used for purchase will be refunded back to the available Product Credits account.|
|Partial Payments||Can Product Credits be used as partial payments for orders?||Yes.|
|Shipping or Tax||Can Product Credits be used for shipping or tax?||Yes, Product Credits can be used towards partial or full amount of your order, including shipping and tax.|
Rules and Limits
These are frequently asked questions about the rules and limits for Product Credits.
|Limit||Is there a limit to how many Product Credits I can earn?||A maximum of 599.00 USD Product Credits can be earned per calendar year.|
|Expiration||Do Product Credits expire?||No, Product Credits do not have an expiration date. Once a VIP Customer accrues Product Credits, they have 60 days to use any amount of Product Credits before a 2.00 USD service fee will be charged.|
|Service Fee||What is the service fee?||The 2.00 USD Service Fee is charged if you do not initiate a payout from your account after an Inactivity Period and for each consecutive month of such inactivity thereafter. Assessed fees on your account are not considered activity. An Inactivity Period means a period of inactivity equal to two (2) months. Earning Product Credits is not considered activity.

|Renewal||If I do not renew my VIP Customer account, what happens to my earned Product Credits?||If you choose to not renew your VIP Customer membership, all Product Credits associated with your account will be forfeited. There is no grace period to earn back the forfeited Product Credits lost and no exceptions will be made.|
|Refund||What happens to my Product Credits, if a refund is processed on the order in which they were earned?||Credits will be deducted based upon the order PV and the refund request.|
|Expiration||Do Product Credits Expire?||$2 USD will be deducted from any unused Product Credits after 60 days of non-usage. 2.00 USD service fee will be deducted each subsequent month the credits are not used. To avoid the service fee, redeem your Product Credits for Plexus orders.|
|Limit||Is there a maximum amount of Product Credits I can accumulate?||The limit is 599.00 USD in Product Credits per calendar year. Excess credits can be rolled forward into the next calendar year after but cannot be redeemed prior.|
|Converting||How do I convert to a Brand Ambassador?||
There are multiple ways to convert to a Brand Ambassador via your virtual office.
|Converting||What happens to my available Product Credits when I convert to a Brand Ambassador?||Available Product Credits are still redeemable for Plexus products when you convert.|
|Converting||What happens to my pending Product Credits when I convert to a Brand Ambassador?||Any pending product credits will be cancelled and you will earn commissions on those orders in accordance with the Plexus compensation plan.|

Product Credits are rewarded for completing a business building activity. Chance plays no part in determining the results for the bonuses.
The Product Credits are open to all VIP Customers enrolled in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Mexico in good standing in accordance with the Plexus Brand Ambassador Agreement and Policies and Procedures.
VIP Customers can start earning Product Credits beginning on a date 10/4/2021.
No adjustments will be made outside these dates.
Where applicable, a VIP Customer that receives a bonus(es) is solely responsible for all taxes, surcharges and fees associated with receipt and/or usage of the bonus.
Any returns, refunds and declined eCheck payments will count against the VIP Customer Product Credits. All credit card payments for VIP Customer and/or Brand Ambassadors must be in their own name and not that of the sponsor or upline. Anyone achieving the bonus that is non-compliant with the Plexus policies and procedures will not receive the Product Credits. Random audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide and can be conducted at any time.

Plexus® Product Sample Credits Terms and Conditions
Product Credits can only be used in any Plexus purchase.
At the time of redemption, the Sample Credit balance will replace all associate fees when purchasing with Product Credits. If the total Product Credits does not meet the full order amount, you as the VIP Customer will assume all remaining costs.
You can access your Product Credit balance within the “My Account” section in your personal back office.
Once the redemption of Product Credits has been processed it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
VIP Customer Product Credits awarded have no monetary value and can only be redeemed for product via discretionary or subscription orders. Product Credits are personal to your account and cannot be sold, transferred, or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these terms and conditions. Product Credits can only be redeemed for use by the registered account holder. These terms do not affect your rights on termination under the Plexus Brand Ambassador Agreement and Policies and Procedures.
