This is an exclusive mentoring program with John Maxwell, specific for Plexus Jewel Ambassadors. Those who successfully complete this year-long program will become Plexus Maxwell Certified Brand Ambassadors, attend graduation at Convention 2027 and be rewarded with a certificate and digital badge. |

How To Qualify
If your Benchmark Rank is Paid-As Emerald, Sapphire or Diamond – Maintain paid-as Emerald, Sapphire or Diamond 2 out of 3 months during the qualification period.
If your Benchmark Rank is paid-as Sr.Ruby or below – Re-rank to paid-as Emerald, Sapphire or Diamond once during the qualification period OR Rank advance to Emerald, Sapphire, or Diamond for the first time, during the qualification period.

| How can I qualify to participate in the Program? | All Brand Ambassadors who meet the qualifications based are their benchmark Rank, will be invited to enter the program when it begins September 1, 2026. |
| If my benchmark rank was paid-as Emerald, Sapphire, or Diamond, do I have to maintain or exceed my benchmark during the qualification period to qualify? | No. As long as you achieve any of the paid-as Jewel ranks (Emerald, Sapphire, or Diamond) for 2 out of 3 months in the qualification period, you will qualify for the program. Example: Judy’s benchmark rank is Diamond. During the qualification period, she has one month as paid-as Sapphire and one month as paid-as Emerald, she will qualify for the program. |
| What is included in the year-long certification program? |
Qualified Brand Ambassadors in the program will join an additional 10 mentoring calls with John Maxwell, starting in September 2026. These 60-minutes calls will include John’s guidance on topics designed specifically for our inaugural class of Brand Ambassadors within the program, as well as question-and-answer sessions and applications to apply to your Plexus business. |
| Is there a cost to participate? | The Plexus Maxwell Certification Program is free to qualifying Brand Ambassadors. Certifications for mentoring and training programs similar to this exclusively designed program can cost thousands of dollars, Plexus is proud to offer this exceptional development opportunity to our leaders. |
| When will the call schedule be released? | Program call schedule will be communicated to qualified Brand Ambassadors via email starting in September 2026. |
| If I didn’t qualify for the Plexus Maxwell Certification Program, can I still take part? | Not at this time. The current class of Plexus Maxwell Certification Program earners will need to qualify by August 31, 2026 to participate in this mentoring program. |
| Will the Plexus Maxwell Certification Program calls be recorded? | No, calls will not be recorded, you must attend live. |
| What if I can’t attend all the calls? | To graduate and earn your Plexus Maxwell Certification you must attend 8 out of the 10 calls. |
| Once I have completed the Plexus Maxwell Certification Program, am I officially part of the John Maxwell Team of Certified Coaches? | Once you have completed the Plexus Maxwell Certification Program, you will be Plexus Maxwell Certified. The John Maxwell Team coaching affiliation is a separate coaching program run by John Maxwell and is in no way affiliated with the Plexus Maxwell Certification Program. |
| Will I get removed from the program if I miss more than 2 calls? | No. You will not be removed from the program if you miss more than 2 calls. You will still be able to attend the remaining calls; however you Plexus Maxwell Certificate showing you completed the program. |
