What is Leadership Excellence?
Leadership Excellence is an exclusive, multi-day training designed to equip new Jewel leaders with the mindset, strategies, leadership skills, and tools to build a successful Plexus® business.
The Leadership Excellence content is developed and facilitated collaboratively by corporate and Brand Ambassadors.
The training is designed to equip Jewel Brand Ambassadors with the mindset and skillset to lead and grow their teams. Topics include:
- Vision/Why
- Entrepreneurial Mindset
- Emotional Intelligence
- DiSC Personality Assessment
- Measuring Success
- Standard Operating Procedures
- Leading & Coaching
- Culture
Topics are subject to change.
How do I qualify for Leadership Excellence?
You may qualify to attend a Leadership Excellence event if you have achieved at least one of the following criteria:
- You are a newly qualified Emerald Brand Ambassador
- You are a Jewel Brand Ambassador who has not attended Leadership Excellence or any previous variation of Leadership Excellence (i.e., Jewels of Excellence, Leaders of Excellence 1.0/2.0)
Additionally, all those who qualify to attend a Leadership Excellence event based on the criteria above must also be commission qualified:
- Current paid annual membership (PAM)
- Have at least 100 PV each month
When you qualify for Leadership Excellence, you will receive an invitation via email that contains a link to register for the event. Please note that the invitation email is separate from the Rank Advancement email.
When is Leadership Excellence?
Leadership Excellence is held twice a year. Each event includes:
- Day 1: An arrival day (it is suggested to arrive in FL no later than 2:00 PM MST to attend evening activities)
- Day 2: A full-day of training
- Day 3: A full-day of training
- Day 4: A half-day of training and departure day (please do not plan to depart until after 1:00 PM MST)
Next Leadership Excellence Event:
- November 14-17, 2022 (must have achieved the event and registered no later than October 14, 2022)
Future Leadership Excellence Events (dates subject to change):
- March 2023 (specific dates TBD, must have achieved the event and registered no later than February 28, 2023)
- July/August 2023 (specific dates TBD, must have achieved the event and registered no later than June 30, 2023)
All Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for their own airfare and transportation to and from the event. Plexus will cover the cost of the hotel room for 3 nights (night of Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3 ). Additionally, Plexus will provide Dinner on Day 1, Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner on Days 2 and 3, and Breakfast on Day 4.
Registration
When you register, you are registering for a specific event date. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel your registration (see “How do I cancel my registration?” below for details).
If you are unable to attend the next upcoming Leadership Excellence event, you will be able to register for the following event, up to 18 months from your initial invitation.
How do I register for Leadership Excellence?
When you qualify for Leadership Excellence, you will receive an invitation via email that contains a link to register for the event. Please note that the invitation email is separate from the Rank Advancement email.

During the registration process, each Brand Ambassador must provide their booked flight confirmation to confirm attendance.
Please note: When you register, you are registering for a specific event date. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel your registration (see “How do I cancel my registration?” below for details).
How do I cancel my registration?
If you are no longer able to attend the specific Leadership Excellence event you registered for, you must cancel by the cancellation deadline listed on the registration site.
To cancel your registration:
- Log back in to your registration using your email address and registration confirmation number
- Select the “Unregister” button to complete the cancellation process
Failure to cancel by the deadline may result in a one-night charge (plus taxes and fees) being deducted from your commission check.

No exceptions will be made for this event outside the specified timeframes and dates. This event is for new Jewel Brand Ambassadors who have not yet attended Leadership Excellence.
