Opt In and Out
Email and Text Message (SMS) communications from Plexus go out to Brand Ambassadors and Customers with the latest information on incentives and promotions, product and tool launches, business-building tips, and other important announcements. You may opt in or out of these notifications at any time.
How to Opt Into Emails/SMS
To opt into emails and SMS in your Plexus account, please follow the steps in the tables below.

2. | Click My Account (hover on the circle icon with your initials in the upper right section). |
3. | Click Notifications. |
4. | Click the Switch next to which notifications you would like. |

Then, to ensure you are opted back into emails, call Customer Service to be opted in to email or SMS communications. Note: You can expect up to a 72-hour delay before receiving your first email communication from Plexus. |
To opt into SMS with your phone, please follow the steps in the table below.

How to Opt out of Emails/SMS
At any time, you can opt out of receiving emails by clicking Opt out at the bottom of Plexus emails, which will turn off email notifications about special promotions, product launches, the weekly Scoop, etc.
To opt out of emails and SMS in your Plexus account, please follow the steps in the tables below:

Reasons You May Not Be Receiving Emails
You may not be receiving emails for the two reasons below.
- Error Status – When an email is sent to an inbox and bounces multiple times it will automatically be set to error status in our system. Emails can bounce for various reasons such as, misspelling in your email address or your email service may read our emails as spam.
- Junk/Spam – It is possible that Plexus emails are going into your spam/junk folder. Always check your spam/junk folder and be sure to add Plexus to your email contact list.

By subscribing to Plexus mobile messages, you agree to receive auto-dialed marketing messages to the telephone number used at the time of opt in. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. In the event that you change or deactivate your mobile number, it is your responsibility to notify Plexus Worldwide at 753987 (PLEXUS) to have your number removed.
