Levels of Support

In partnership with your Canadian Regional Sales Manager, who will be present at the event, they will

1. Cover the cost of the venue within a specified budget. We recommend coffee shops, community or church or outdoor spaces, etc. Your Canadian Regional Sales Manager will discuss budget with you.
2. Provide Slim/HydroPlex for sampling.
3. Provide Slim/HydroPlex Information cards.
4. Provide three swag items for giveaways.
5. Provide a 25 CAD saving code for a qualified initial order to each of your guests who may choose to use upon enrollment.
6. Create an Eventbrite link for registration if necessary.
7. Provide Registration sign in sheet(s)
8. Provide TriPlex or other products for display purposes only.
9. Post the Share Plexus Your Way notification in the One Plexus Canada Brand Ambassador Group Facebook Group and the Canada Events Website.
10. Send an email invitation from Plexus Canada to Brand Ambassadors, VIP and Retail Customers within a 150 km radius of the event venue location to attend and bring their potentials. Email will include any registration or Facebook link.

Your Responsibilities

1. Choose a social gathering theme that you are passionate about where Plexus products can be served.
2. Source a venue for your projected attendance size. Discuss with your Canadian Regional Sales Manager.
3. If you choose to use Facebook, create an event. Discuss with your Canadian Regional Sales Manager.
4. This can be as formal or informal as you like. If you wish to share testimonials, secure three testimonials, no longer than three to five minutes each. Suggested one on TriPlex, one on Business, one on community that enhances your theme. I.e, Yoga would be HydroPlex.
5. Most important, over-invite and follow up.

Please keep in mind, all testimonials must be Canadian compliant. Business testimonials require the income discloser statement. Use “Yes for Success” in the Plexus (Canada) GO app for assistance in writing.

Additional Tips

1. The focus is inviting potentials, but don’t forget your existing Retail and VIP Customers as they are more than welcome to bring along a guest too! Attending may give them more product/community/business insights through the testimonial share.
2. Lead by example. Aim to have at least 3 personal guests in attendance. To encourage your team, let them know you are working on inviting too! Tell them, “I plan to have 3 (or more!) of my potentials as guests at our Share Plexus Your Way event; how many are you expecting?”
3. Follow up with a personal reminder the day before!
4. Social media is great for awareness, but keep in mind, personal invitations and reminders are the most effective way to ensure your potentials attend.

Here is a sample script for inviting:

Hi (name), I’m excited to extend an invitation! (I/my team/my leader) is holding a get-together! (Theme) We’ll also be sampling Plexus products that go well with our theme while also focusing on GI health. Most people don’t realize the role it plays in overall health and well-being. (If applicable: I know how much you love (theme) and you mentioned to me you were looking for ways to support your health, as well as your family’s, so I thought of you!) Can I count you in as one of my personal guests?

That’s great! I’ll put your name on my confirmed list and be in touch before the event!

If “No” response: “I completely understand. Good news is, we hold these get togethers regularly. I’ll put you down on my list of people to contact for the next one. How does that sound?”
