Why is Plexus® adjusting product prices?
Rising costs for premium ingredients, increased production and packaging expenses, and higher shipping carrier rates have made this adjustment necessary. We’ve worked hard to maintain price stability since January 2023, absorbing increased costs until now. This adjustment has been carefully considered and delayed for as long as possible to minimize its impact on our valued Customers and Brand Ambassadors. Conversely, in some cases, prices have decreased in order to add more value and align better with the other markets.

Product prices: Most products will increase by 1.32 CAD, with some customer favourites remaining at their current price, here are some examples:
Flat-rate shipping will stay at the current price point in Canada. Please visit the flat-rate shipping HC article for more info. Combo Pricing: Pricing adjustments will be made to better align the discount to the value of the combo for consistent purposes. Several combos will also be discontinued, and customers impacted will be communicated directly about the transition. PV: Refer to the price sheet for specifics on PV changes. |
