| Will Brand Ambassador upgrades be eligible to earn in this incentive? | Yes, VIP Customers who upgrade to Brand Ambassadors in December are eligible to earn in this incentive. |
| If someone signs up as a Retail Customer, then upgrades to a VIP Customer, will it count toward this incentive? | Yes, this would count in the following 2 scenarios: 1. If the Retail Customer places an order of 100 PV+ in December, then upgrades to a VIP Customer by signing up for a VIP Membership in the same month. 2. If a Retail Customer upgrades to a VIP Customer by purchasing a VIP Membership at the same time as a 100 PV+ order in December. NOTE: If they place an order as a Retail Customer in July and then upgrade to a VIP Customer in October with only a VIP Membership, this will not count toward this incentive unless they also place a qualifying order in December. |

| When will I receive the cash bonus(es) I have earned? | Cash bonuses earned in this incentive from qualifying enrollments through December 15, 2025, will be paid out by December 19, 2025. Cash bonuses earned in this incentive from qualifying enrollments from December 16-31, 2025, will be paid out around mid-January when December commissions close. |

Rules and Regulations
Brand Ambassadors must be commission qualified and place an order of 100 PV or more during the month of December.
No adjustments will be made for sign-ups outside of the incentive dates. Reentry accounts will also be eligible for this Incentive, but sign-ups on the reentry account will not count toward the qualification of the main account. Reentry accounts must qualify for the incentive on their own. Upgrades from Retail Customer to VIP Customer will count toward sign-ups for the incentive.
All returns, refunds and declined eCheck payments will count against the Brand Ambassador qualifying for this offer. All credit card payments for Brand Ambassadors and VIP Customers must be in their own name and not that of the sponsor or upline. Random audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide and can be conducted at any time. No exceptions will be made for the purchases outside the incentive period.
