Yes, as long as both orders are placed in the same commission month. Example: Elsie signed up on January 1, 2026, placed a 50 PV order on January 15, and placed another 50 PV order on January 28. This would total 100 PV in the commission month of January and therefore count as a qualifying enrollment for January. |
| If one of my ten new Level 1 VIP Customer enrollments makes a return or cancels their account, will I need to enroll another Level 1 VIP Customer to replace the enrollment? |
If the return takes place in the same commission month and causes the order to drop below 100 PV, you will need an additional enrollment. Example: Midge enrolls on January 10, and returns one of the products from the order on January 25, causing their order to drop below 100 PV, you will need an additional enrollment of 100 PV or more. |

Exclusions and Exceptions
No exceptions will be made for signups outside the program dates.
Rules and Regulations
No adjustments will be made for sign-ups outside of the program dates. Reentry accounts will also be eligible for this program, sign-ups on the reentry account will not count toward the qualification of the main account. Reentry accounts must qualify for the program on their own. Upgrades from Retail Customer to VIP Customer will count toward sign-ups for the program.
All returns, refunds and declined eCheck payments will count against the Brand Ambassador qualifying for this offer. All credit card payments for Brand Ambassadors and VIP Customers must be in their own name and not that of the sponsor or upline. Random audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide and can be conducted at any time. No exceptions will be made for the purchases outside the program period.
