How the Program Works:
Starting March 1, 2026, eligible new VIP Customers who join on subscription with an initial order of 100 PV or more, including VIP Membership will earn rewards when they process a qualifying subscription order of 100 PV or more in two or more consecutive months following their enrollment.

| What happens if I cancel my subscription, or skip a month? |
You are no longer eligible for the rewards for that month. To continue participating in Stay Well, you will need to have a qualifying subscription of 100PV or more . This order will reset your Plexus Stay Well status and count as your new Month 1. You will continue as part of Plexus Stay Well for Existing Customers Learn more about that here. Important: The 10% discount applies only to the initial Month 1 order when you sign up as a qualifying new VIP Customer. Even if your program restarts, you will not receive an additional 10% off for the new Month 1 order, and will continue as part of Plexus Stay Well for Existing Customers. Example: Joanne enrolls with an initial order of 125PV including PAM on March 17, 2026, and receives 10% off her order. She processes her first subscription order of 135PV on April 17, 2026, and the Plexus Favorites will ship with this order. She cancels her subscription for May, so she will not receive the free product reward for month 3. She sets up a new subscription of 100PV or more on June 5, that subscription is now month 1 towards her Stay Well. |
| Can multiple subscription orders in the month be combined to reach the 100PV minimum? |
Yes, as long as both subscription orders are placed in the same commission month. Example: Angelina had a subscription order of 50PV process on April 10, 2026, and another subscription order of 50PV processes on April 25, 2026. This would total the qualifying 100PV subscription requirement for the month. |
| If a Retail customer upgrades to a VIP Customer, would they receive the 10% off discount on their order? | No, they would not receive the 10% off discount as this would not be their first order, and they would participate in Plexus Stay Well for Existing Customers. |
| What do I get in Month 4? | You will receive a free product every 3 months when you process consecutive monthly subscriptions of 100 PV or more. You will not receive a product in month 4, but will continue participating in t Plexus Stay Well when you stay consistent with a qualifying subscription. |
