How the Program Works:
Starting March 1, 2026, existing Brand Ambassadors and VIP Customers will earn rewards when they process a qualifying subscription order of 100PV or more for 2 or more consecutive months.
| Month 1: | Process a subscription of 100 PV or more to become eligible for Loyalty Rewards. |
| Month 2: | Receive a Free Pack of our Plexus Favorites with your subscription order of 100PV or more. |
| Month 3: | Receive a Free Product with your subscription order of 100 PV or more. |
| Month 6: | Receive a Free Product with your subscription order of 100 PV or more. |
| Month 9: | Receive a Free Product with your subscription order of 100 PV or more. |
| Month 12: | Receive a Free Product with your subscription order of 100 PV or more. |
You must process a qualifying subscription of 100 PV or more for 2 or more consecutive months to qualify for the rewards.

| What happens if I cancel my subscription, or skip a month? | You are no longer eligible for the rewards for that month. To continue participating in Loyalty Rewards, you will need to have a qualifying subscription of 100PV or more . This order will reset your Loyalty Rewards program status and count as your new Month 1. Example: Stephani has a subscription order of 125PV on March 17, 2026, and becomes eligible for Loyalty Rewards. She processes a second subscription order of 135PV on April 17, 2026, and the Month 2 free product will ship with this order. She cancels her subscription for May, so she will not receive the free product reward for month 3. She sets up a new subscription of 100PV or more on June 5, and that subscription is now month 1 towards her Loyalty Rewards. |
