As we travel across Canada, we want to leave a little hope and happiness behind in every community we visit.
We invite you to join us in giving back by bringing a new, unused personal care item to our event. Donations for women, men and children are all welcome — from everyday essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant, toothpaste and toothbrushes to feminine hygiene products, baby care items and other personal necessities.
Gift cards are also gratefully welcomed. If donating a gift card, please attach the purchase receipt so its value can be verified.
At each stop on our Coast-to-Coast Fall Tour, we’ll bring our donations together and capture a special group photo celebrating the generosity of our Plexus community. Following the event, all items collected will be donated to a local organization serving people in need within the community we are visiting.
Together, we can turn abundance into generosity and help share hope, health and happiness from coast to coast.

Will food be offered at the events?	No, Lunches will not be offered at the events. Coffee, tea, water and light snacks will be provided.

Do I need to pay for parking at this event?	The instructions for parking: PAID by Plexus Attendees with guestroom may register at Front Desk upon check-in. Once a guest registers at the Front Desk, the parking charges will automatically be routed to Plexus. Attendees with no guestroom can register by scanning a QR code situated outside the meeting room. For attendees registering at the function room by scanning the provided QR code, the parking charges will also be posted to Plexus.

Do I need to pay for parking at this event?	Plexus to cover the parking fees for attendees. Park your vehicle in the hotel parking lot. Visit the Front Desk and let our team know that you are attending the Plexus meeting. You will receive a parking voucher from the Front Desk. Please place the voucher on the dashboard of your vehicle, where it is clearly visible. You may enter and exit the parking lot throughout the duration of the event. The parking lot is located at the corner of Queen Street and Lester Avenue. Please see the map below for reference. Should the parking lot reach capacity, guests may use the nearby municipal parking lots at their own cost.

Where do I book my accommodations in Brossard?	Guests are encouraged to book online on the Escad website if they need a room the night before or night of our event. Room availability will be limited. Click here to book a room.
Do I need to pay for parking at this event?	Parking is free for all guests. Once in the parking lot, keep left and follow the blue signs. After leaving your car, take door D20 (next to the Pottery Barn sign) to the hotel elevators, or follow the Escad Hotel logo posted on the walls. The hotel elevators are at the end of the corridor.
