Using Beyond Expiration Date	Plexus recommends the products be used within the expiration date for best efficacy and flavor. Although products can be safely consumed past the expiration date, it’s possible the flavor and amount of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients may diminish over time.
Side effects	Experiencing side effects with Plexus Protein+ is not common. However, certain people who are not used to products rich in protein or fibre may experience temporary gas and bloating. One way to prevent this is to start with a smaller amount — such as 1 scoop per day — and then gradually increase your intake over 1 to 3 weeks. Your body should adjust to the additional fibre and protein over time.
Age Recommendation	Plexus Protein+ is not recommended for use by children under 18 because the product was formulated to meet the nutritional needs of adults.
