About Direct Sellers License
The province of Manitoba requires all Brand Ambassadors who reside in the province to have a Direct Seller’s License to operate as a direct seller in Manitoba. To remain a Plexus Brand Ambassador as a resident of Manitoba, you will need to complete and sign the Application for a License or Renewal of a License as a Direct Seller. This license is good for twelve months and you are required to renew it on a yearly basis as long as you are a Brand Ambassador with Plexus.
Brand Ambassadors
Brand Ambassadors must submit their application form and proof of payment to Plexus within 2 months of their Plexus membership renewal or joining as a Brand Ambassador. If they fail to do so within that time frame, Plexus will place a hold on their Brand Ambassador account and any pending commissions will be withheld.
If a Manitoba Brand Ambassador decides not to purchase a Manitoba Direct Sellers License for $55, they do have the option of downgrading to a VIP. If this is the option they choose, please contact Plexus Customer service to help with this process. Once completed, please send an email to Marilyn.Modler@plexusworldwide.com advising of this change and she will contact accounts to free up any commissions you may have.

Direct Sellers License Fee
The fee for the Direct Seller’s License is $55 CAD. You can send a cheque, money order, or equivalent made payable to:

You may also pay the fee online using the link below (choose “Direct Seller – Original signatures required - $55.00”). If paying online, please print the confirmation page and send it along with your completed application form to Plexus.
Sending Completed Application
Once you have completed the application form, please sign it in front of a witness who must also sign the form. You must then send the original signed and witnessed form along with the Direct Seller's License fee or payment confirmation page to:

Once Plexus receives your application form and cheque, money order or equivalent, or the payment confirmation page (“proof of payment”), we will sign the application form on behalf of the vendor and submit it to the Consumer Protection Office for processing on your behalf. Once the Manitoba province has issued your license, they will send it to Plexus, and we will forward it to you via first-class mail.
