Plexus Pay
Plexus Pay is an account given to each Brand Ambassador to manage commission funds.
Brand Ambassador commission funds are deposited into this account. Brand Ambassadors may use Plexus Pay to pay for discretionary orders, but it can't be used for Subscription orders.
Notifications: Account Creation and Funds Available
Automatic Account Creation:
The Plexus Pay account is automatically created as soon as a Brand Ambassador earns commissions. Once the account is created, the Brand Ambassador will:
- Be notified via email,
- Need to set up their account by following the instructions and link in their notification email, and

Start receiving commissions in their Plexus Pay after setting up their account.

New Funds Available:
When new funds have been deposited in a Brand Ambassador's account, Plexus Pay sends out a notification email.
Reminder to Transfer Funds:
Plexus Pay also sends out a monthly email reminding Brand Ambassadors they have funds in their account if the Brand Ambassador has done nothing with their funds. The subject line of the email is: Plexus Pay – Reminder About Your Funds
The monthly email will include a reminder to transfer funds out of the Plexus Pay account to avoid a fee for inactivity. Details about the fee:
- Brand Ambassadors should either transfer the funds to their bank account or use the funds to purchase product from Plexus to avoid an inactivity/dormancy fee on their Plexus Pay account.
- The inactivity/dormancy fee is only applied to accounts that do not have such activity for 90 consecutive days and have a remaining balance of any amount in their account.
- The inactivity/dormancy fee is $6 per month after 90 days of inactivity.

Activating a Plexus Pay Account
Follow these steps to activate your Plexus Pay Account and gain full access to your funds:

You will receive a Registration Email, which will come to your personal email inbox directly from Plexus Pay. Access the registration link provided in the email: The subject line of the Email is – Plexus Pay Registration. The Sender is Plexus Pay Team (ca@plexus-pay.com) |
2 | Enter your email Brand Ambassador ID and temporary password received in the Registration Email and click Continue. |

If you can't find the Registration email, make sure you're looking in the inbox of the email registered on your Plexus Worldwide account. If you are still unable to locate the email you can contact Plexus Worldwide Customer Service. |

Paying for Orders With Plexus Pay
If you are a Brand Ambassador, follow the process below to pay for your discretionary order with your Plexus Pay account:

Transferring Funds out of Plexus Pay
To transfer your Plexus Pay funds to a bank account:

There is a mobile app for Plexus Pay and will be enhanced going forward. Instructions for setting up the Mobile App are within the portal. Funds from Paylution/Hyperwallet and Plexus Pay | Will I be able use to my Plexus Pay funds on Plexus purchases/checkout? | You will be able to use your Paylution/Hyperwallet funds in Plexus checkout until May 10th. Beginning on May 11th you will be able to use your Plexus Pay funds in Plexus checkout. |
Payment Vouchers | Will Payment Vouchers be available through Plexus Pay? |
Yes! You will be able to send Payment Vouchers same as before. Even better you are now able to send Payment Vouchers to Brand Ambassadors/Customers in other markets. |
Payment Vouchers in Other Markets | Can I send a Payment Voucher to a Brand Ambassador/Customer in another market? | Yes, that is a new option that will be offered through Plexus Pay. As an example, a US Brand Ambassador can send a Payment Voucher in the amount of $10 USD to a Mexico Customer. The recipient in Mexico can checkout on the Mexico Plexus website and apply the Payment Voucher, all currency rate conversion will happen behind the scenes automatically! |
Automatic Transfer | Can I setup an automatic transfer? | Yes, you can setup automatic transfer to automatically transfer funds from your Plexus Pay wallet to a Bank Account or Prepaid Card. Look at Advanced Automatic Transfer to see all the flexible options. |
Plexus Pay Minimum Balance | Can I leave a minimum balance on Plexus Pay and automatically transfer any amount that exceeds the minimum balance? | Yes, this is a new feature with Plexus Pay, many Brand Ambassadors may do this so that they can use the funds kept on Plexus Pay for Plexus purchases or for Payment Vouchers as a business building tool. |

Plexus Pay Fees | Are there any fees on Plexus Pay? |
There are no fees to use the Plexus Pay account if you are actively managing your funds on account. If there are 90 days of inactivity and there is a balance on your account then a dormancy/inactivity fee will be charged. Dormancy/Inactivity Fee: $6 per month Regularly transfer your funds using automatic transfer and/or use the funds to purchase from Plexus or send Payment Vouchers and there will be no dormancy fee charged. |

Transaction Pin | What is the Transaction Pin? |
When you register your account, you will be requested to provide a Transaction Pin. This pin will need to be used whenever important changes are made to your account such as changing email address, changing phone number, adding bank accounts, etc. |
Prepaid card funds |
Will the funds I transferred to my Prepaid card stay on my existing card until I use them or my card expires? |
Yes, the funds transferred to your prepaid card will stay on your existing card until it expires. |
Transfer | How long does a transfer from Plexus Pay to a Bank Account or card take? | A transfer from a card will be received by the end of the day of the transaction. Transferring to a Bank Account will take 1-2 business days depending upon the bank. |
