Refund Policy
Eligible items for return/exchange/refund:
- Items must be in original condition.
- Items that have not been washed or worn.
Items are not eligible for return/exchange/refund:
- Items purchased and delivered more than 30 days prior.
- Items that have been washed or worn.
- Custom / personalized items, such as business cards and brochures.
- All items are subject to inspection approval upon return to the Plexus Merch Store.

How to make a return
- Inspect all items as soon as possible.
- Email service@plexusmerch.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Subject line: Return - Order number

- Name of the item(s) you would like to return
- Reason for return
- Please include pictures of the damage in your return package to expedite the return.
*Please note: We will not accept returns without prior authorizations. Therefore, if you need to return your order, please contact us for confirmation before returning any items.
